Herzlicher Gastgeber, tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Kostas empfangen – ein unglaublich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Lakka ist unser Lieblingsort auf der Insel, und die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach perfekt.
Alle Gäste waren super angenehm, die Atmosphäre war entspannt und fast schon familiär. Kostas steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite – selbst bei der Organisation von Anreise oder Fährverbindungen hilft er sofort weiter. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie sehr er sich um seine Gäste kümmert.

Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht, alles war sauber und die Reinigung perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit neuen Fenstern und einer absolut sauberen Poollandschaft – einfach traumhaft.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolut top und auf freundschaftlicher Ebene!

Fabulous week in beautiful Lakka
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Livadi Studios in beautiful Lakka. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week, so relaxing. A very short walk in to town, a 15 min walk to the nearest beach, and a lovely, clean pool to relax by,

The bathroom could do with a little updating - eg the shower

Pros:

Kostas was the perfect host, he contacted me before our arrival to advise on the ferry timetables and the best companies to use.He also picked us up from the ferry port and arranged a taxi for our early morning ferry on our return.
Our room was very spacious and modern with lots of new furniture, in addition it was spotlessly clean.
We had water, fruit juice and snacks in the fridge along with washing up equipment, that was a nice touch.

Cons:

If anything, but not a deal breaker maybe some drawers for clothes and more storage in the bathroom

Wonderful clean & spacious studio apartment 4 minute walk from Lakkos Town Centre
Pros:

Fabulous stay at Llvadi Studios - Kostas the host was brilliant & extremely welcoming. Offered to pick us up from the ferry & organised our taxi back to the ferry which was very early in the morning!

The location is brilliant - a 4 minute walk into Lakka (our favourite town on Paxos) and 2 minute walk to the closest supermarket. It’s also a 20 minute walk to Planos Beach which has a fantastic sunset that Kostas recommended, and only a 30 minute walk to Orkos Beach - a beautiful quiet & untouched beach with crystal clear turquoise water.

The pool & sun lounging area is immaculate and Kostas takes great care of it. It felt very safe & was set back from the road.

The room was very clean & tidy - Mariana came very frequently to clean it for us (3x in 1 week) and we had fresh towels & sheets every time. Sufficient kitchen equipment & salt and pepper which was appreciated!

Room also has good AC.

Cons:

Very hard to point out any shortfalls, but if I had to come up with something, it would be the shower drain/plug - the shower water goes down quite slowly which means the bathroom floor gets wet after a shower, however there is a plug and it dries out quite quickly - we just avoided using the shower mat and let it air dry otherwise the mat got too wet.

Lakka è bella, ci sono molti graziosi locali e di due belle spiagge con l’acqua cristallina

La struttura è molto bella, curatissima e ha una bella piscina. Kostas è un host molto accogliente e attento a tutte le esigenze. Ottima anche la posizione

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, il piatto doccia nel bagno è troppo piccolo, la tenda nella doccia è scomoda

Geweldig verblijf in Lakka.
Pros:

Allereerst een geweldig eiland!
De accomodatie was super schoon.
De locatie van Livadi Studios was top. Op loopafstand (2 minuten) van het gezellige dorpje Lakka met leuke tavernes, winkeltjes en strand.
De allervriendelijkste griekse bevolking ontmoet zowel in de accomodatie én in het dorp. Bedankt ! We gaan deze plek missen!

Pros:

Super studio de grande taille dans un écrin de verdure, un peu à l' écart mais à proximité du centre de Lakka. Au calme, ce studio offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances paisibles et réussies. Très propre, 2 terrasses pour le logement permettant de petit déjeuner ou dîner en extérieur. La climatisation est bien appréciée. Bons conseils du propriétaire pour les balades et tours de l ile. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit. La piscine est très agréable, équipée de bains de soleil. Bordée d oliviers exceptionnels, ce lieu est vraiment hyper agréable.

Cons:

Douche un peu petite.

Rooms were great and perfect for what we needed. Kostas a most helpful and informative host. Would not hesitate to recommend

Bathroom shower area was a bit of a squeeze but this did not detract from the stay.

Comfortable, relaxing and beautiful
Pros:

The owner is super kind, it is very clean and offers everything you will need for a stay in Paxos. The property is very beautiful with a lot of flowers and trees.

Cons:

The only thing I would change, is the shower curtain.

A pleasant stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. The property was well-presented. The pool and garden areas were pleasant and relaxing. Location was close to the village, but far enough away that it was quiet.

Cons:

The room felt a little damp (usually during the night/early morning), which was improved when we turned on the heater (AC) for an hour or so before bed, and by opening the windows late morning/early afternoon. The toilet seat needs to be replaced.

Chilled, relaxing, peaceful holiday
Pros:

Location.
Set up… decent sized studio’s that were exceptionally clean.
All equipment in full working order.
Good internet signal.
Super pool and outside sunbed area… with ample bed/ table and chairs.
Parking available at all times.
Relaxing, quiet position.., but less than 10 mins walk, on flat ground, into Lákka.
KOSTAS is the most reliable host, with great communication prior to arrival. He is also contactable at any time during your stay.

Cons:

I’m hard pressed to find any thing to mention here.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Kostas was an absolute legend. Really went the extra mile to help us with ferries, getting around the island and arranging transfers. The accommodation was lovely. Great pool, Nice little kitchen, comfortable bed, and decent wifi and a TV. Nice little balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. And the location was perfect. We just had the best time!

Cons:

The room was quite damp so we found it hard to dry clothes. We probably should have used the air conditioning to ensure better ventilation. This was a very minor drawback and we would definitely stay again!
