Pros:

The location was great, easy nearby parking and the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. Very good communication from the host.

Cons:

The outside of the property really lets it down, very old & tired looking door and the skip in the front garden wasn't ideal but appreciate there may be works going on.

The location and view.
Good WiFi and nice having a smart TV.

Cons:

When anybody in the above appartment moved or we moved, everything shook. Trying to relax on the sofa, it shook when upstairs walked about. Which they done A LOT. The people above were frustratingly noisy and didn't keep still, not helped by them having a hard floor. A child repeatedly running back and forth and skating round until late into the evening and again from 7am.
The whole place needs a lot of love - it just looks unfinished and feels grubby. Duck tape on multiple things, doors with handles but no latches. Dirty walls, patchy paint, windows missing edges and didn't seal closed properly, above window in living area you could up see inside the wall, blown windows. Lovely idea having cups and glasses out but they were filthy and full of dust. All kitchenware was mismatched. Coffee machine that takes pods - a nice gesture would be to leave a couple of pods for guests. Chest freezer sat in the kitchen with a lock on it so can't be used.
Bed was rock hard so we didn't sleep well at all. Pillows felt cheap and old.
Apartment got cold and could only boost heating and only up to 20 degrees. Had to keep turning it back on which was annoying.
Not the relaxing treat night away we were hoping for at all. Had a long drive home, totally unrested and tired. Never again.

Clean but needs updating
Pros:

We previously stayed in 5-10 Seaview which is more modern and updated.
The entrance to the property lets it down very run down handle was falling off door.
The property itself was clean but compared to the other apartments we couldn’t help feeling a little disappointed.
Certain parts could do with an upgrade everywhere was clean just some areas were definitely worn.

Cons:

The shower and entrance wasn’t great.
Stains on wall and mirror was rusty.
Just needs a few upgrades.

Nice beachfront location on a reasonable budget.
Pros:

The size of apartment was great, and location. Helpful host. Lovely sea views. New bathroom.
Lots of useful extras.

Cons:

Issue with entry ( help came and contactgood )
Many diy finishes not up to standard. Poor Internet.
New bedding needed and a better clean throughout.
Wouldn't call it luxury, but comfortable and equipped.

Pros:

The view and the apparment was wonferful and the owner was extremely helpful being able to provide a travel cot for our youngest even though we'd only booked less than a day before. Will be booking again.

Over all the stay was great just them few little things which didn’t make it amazing but over all I would book again to

Love how big the ground floor flat was there was lots of space for my 2 year old too move around. Love it had a washer dryer was so handy. Also the location was amazing near everything we needed and not too far from my grandma’s house which was the reason for the stay.

Cons:

Didn’t like how the hot water didn’t heat up enough for my 2 year old to have a bath so had to try and shower her which she absolutely hated.

This property in my opinion is false advertisement after my stay on the 7 th January at the front of the property is very ran down and doesn’t look like anything on the pictures
When first walking in the hallway to all the rooms and stairs had a really bad smell and the doors didn’t look sturdy at all when I first opened my room door I was met to a nasty smell of damp and mold the living room had a half painted wall and a hole in the skirting board it then stated a sea view the windows where blocked of Scaffholding but I wasn’t noticed of this when I booked it for the sea view they had the cheek to leave Binoculars on the side what for to look at Scaffholding all the windows where dirty and had cracks in I then walked into the kitchen where it was a mess crumbs on the side the floor was starting to lift I walked into the bathroom with the toliot had been leaking on the floor with a nasty smell I then went into the bedroom it had marks all over the wall with scratches damp and mold under the window and the windows dirty the bedding had a very nasty smell like it hasn’t been washed I would never advise staying here ever it was terrible
