hope the cockroach issue gets resolved, wouldnt stay here again

helpful and friendly staff who attempted to check and resolve the condensation all over the floor while we were doing laundry

couldnt sleep in peace as we encountered so many nymphs across both nights, 6 on the first night and 7 on the second night crawling up the walls from behind our beds, the toilet, behind the laundry/fridge area. old building and rainy weather aside, theres likely some eggs/nest/infestation given how many small cockroaches we saw across various parts of the apartment

the staff said they sent in a professional pest remover to check on the issue, hope this gets resolved because i have never stayed in an apartment with this many cockroaches ever

Central, modern, affordable stay.
Pros:

Great accommodation, the room was spacious and having the butler Mr. Blacky was great. He was really attentive and because we didn't have laundry in our unit, they provide pick up and drop off laundry service. We also really appreciated that he turned on the AC for us before we arrived and had a pre-boiled kettle of water. Additionally the location was incredibly central, next to Taipei main station so getting around was very easy. The building is also next to a mall so when it was raining we could just go to the mall food court for food.

Cons:

We really didn't dislike anything. The building perhaps is a bit older and so we couldn't flush toilet paper, but this was truly a minor inconvenience we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

駅近くで食べるところに苦労しなかった。ビルの1階にスタッフがいて、日本語が分かる方でいろいろ教えてくれて分かりやすかった。

Cons:

台所の蛇口を開くと、水が漏れて使うと拭かないといけなかった。
