Pros:

Very good location ! Near TU, , NashMarkt and Karlplatz.
Nice building and restaurants everywhere !

Large apartment, 2 large , comfy bedrooms , 1 bathroom ! Large and very nice living room !

Cons:

No AC , and bathroom's facility was outdated and partly broken !

Cons:

The apartment stank of cigarette smoke, also in the bedrooms. Bathroom ventilation was loose and noisy and sink tap was loose upon arrival, later fixed. One bathroom and toilet combined for 4 people not overly practical - but clear from the description. Double bed with separate mattresses - ok comfort. Curtains in streetside bedroom letting too much light through. Hallway of the house stank of trash.

Never again, Vienna Residence. You switched our location at fhe last minute and created a huge inconvenience.
Pros:

We never stayed at the location that we booked. 😩The only thing we did like at the new location was the kitchen and shower.

Cons:

We were notified at 1pm on day of checkin (Dec 27) that our apt had a water problem and they needed to move us to another location, which was larger. I had reserved Nashmarkt apt due to it being 4 streets away from my nephew (our reason for visiting Vienna, as we havent seen each other in 12 years). The apt they provided was near the university, a €15 Uber ride each way and we spent too much time travelling back and forth, especially on New Years Eve. We should have been within walking distance to inner stadt but we were too far away . When I asked to switch to a closer location, I was informed that the original apt now had a heating issue - they couldn’t rent us that unit and there were no others available in our preferred area.
While they did offer a cancellation, I was unable to find other accommodations at the last minute for 4 adults (2 of which are in their 80’s) that were in a similar price range.
Apartment provided had larger rooms than what we had reserved (which was still a 2br 1 bath) but the decor was pretty bare, the curtains were very thin as the cold drafts came through the windows and all 4 of us left Vienna 6 days later, sick with colds and frustrated with all of our wasted time and money.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Vienna
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to all the museums we wanted to visit. Very comfortable apartment with good facilities and easy to access by elevator. Extra set of keys provided on request.

Cons:

Accessing the keys for entry was tricky. Key box was a little high and difficult to access the dials for entering the code.
Radiator not working on one of the bedrooms. Portable heater promised but not supplied. On a minor issue, some items very high up in presses and difficult to access for shorter older people

Cons:

the location is next to the public market, we were be exposed to stealing experience while we are eating our breakfast in Naschmarkt, the apartment is noisy as it’s on the street directly opposite to the Naschmarkt.
the building is full of disgusting smell due to one of the restaurants having their kitchen in the same building.
the apartment is not clean enough especially the sofa couch in the living room there is some kind of dried liquid on it
the floor of the living room is dark brown where it’s does not show easily whether it’s clean or not, but it’s very clear it was not shiny where it seems not clean.
the hotel admin barely responds to chats over booking.com and not active on responding to emails.
The good thing that they accepted our late check out by an hour late
