Highly recommend the place. Hosts are friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Wonderful place to explore Vienna. Great view outside the window. Walkable to park, riverside, historical places. Highly recommend for condense trip in Vienna.

Cons:

Nearly no. Except we are three. But only two mugs. But I didn't ask for more. 😆 Cooking, only for light meal would be better or need to open the window to have sunny side-up eggs.

Excellent !
Pros:

My wife and I visited Wien again last month after a few years, and stayed once again at Pension Sacher. Excellent room, very clean, spacious and cosy. The staff, Herr Inigo and Herr Domenico are very kind and helpful. The appartment is fully equiped, with a very nice kitchen (we cooked and ate there a couple of times), big bathroom, even washing maschine and dishwasher are available. We felt like in our own home from the first day. The location, well, it doesn't get any better, 100 meters from the subway, bus line in front of the pension, and literally in the heart of the city. We could go everywhere on foot. Located on the 7th floor, it is also remarcably quiet. The view is a chapter in itself! You think you can reach your hand out of the window and touch the Stephanskirche, unbelievable! All in one word, excellent! Thank you very much!

Cons:

What could be better? Hmmm... a longer stay, a week more or two would really be even better!

Pros:

Great place to stay : center of the center: easy excess to shops and subway; apartment is superb with air conditioning . Such important features in the heat wave period. Strong recommend!

Очень удобно было жить в апартаментах (есть кухня, вся посуда имеется, я готовила детям спагетти, завтракали в отеле, рядом находится Billa Corso, в котором есть все необходимое).
Очень удобное месторасположение: самом центре Вены, с видом на Штефансплатц.
