Atrašanās vieta un balkons

Cons:

Guļamistabā nav kondicioniera. Vannasistabā pārāk tumša gaisma. Virtuvē panna bija stipri nolietota un nebija vāka.

Grosse déception avec cet appartement mal entretenu.
Pros:

seul avantage: appartement très central

Cons:

absence de propreté:
- plaque de cuisson sale
- ustensiles de cuisson mal lavés
- moquette pleine de tâches
- séjour 5 nuits pendant les fortes chaleurs : pas de ménage, pas de changement de draps, pas de changement de serviettes de bain !!!
- 2 nuits avec musique techno jusqu'à 5 heures du martin !!! (boite de nuit en sous-sol)
- pas de lave linge pourtant prévu dans le descriptif de l'appartement

Great location but could be a better experience with some upgrades.
Pros:

The location was excelent. Very close to everything.

Cons:

Was incredible hot during our stay and the fans were not enough to cool the apartment .They need air conditioning. Also, the carpet had spots that make us think that needed a professional cleaning. We recieved only one set of keys but we think that for 3 people was not enough.

Cons:

There are no shelves or closets to put your belongings, a few hangers at the exit will do. We 3 people stayed in the apartment for 5 nights, when the city was extremely hot (+36-37 degrees), we took a shower 2-3 times a day, after 3 days we asked for new towels, to which we received an answer that the set of towels is for the entire stay, but a set of clean towels will cost 10€. In the end, however, the towels were changed free of charge, for which we thank you. The pillows need to be changed. Photo.

The apartment is amazing, it allows you to have your own space (3 adults)
Location is perfect!
Communication is spot on.

Cons:

We went in a heat wave so it was very warm. Especially the smallest room. But fans were provided and I think anywhere would be warm in 39 degrees!

Our stay at Oh Opera Apartments was disappointing due to several service and maintenance issues.

The apartment was stocked with very limited toiletries, which was inconvenient for guests. More concerning was the lack of communication from the property manager. Responses were slow, and despite repeatedly following up, we received no meaningful updates until our final day of checkout.

The biggest issue was the hot water, which stopped working multiple times during our stay. We reported the problem on several occasions, but it was never properly resolved, causing significant inconvenience.

While the apartment itself has potential, the poor communication, lack of basic amenities, and unresolved maintenance issues made our experience far below expectations. Given these shortcomings, I believe a partial refund is justified, as the service provided was not up to the standard we paid for.

Unten im Haus ist ein Techno Club,der Do.bis Sa. von 23:00-6:00 Uhr, Sonntags von 23:00-5:00 Uhr und von 6:00-11:00 Uhr das Haus beschallt. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat,wird dort schlaflos.Extreme Lautstärke bis zum frühen Morgen,durch Musik und die Besucher,die vor der Tür stehen.
Teppiche sehr fleckig,könnten eine Reinigung vertragen.

It was okayish stay.. Room could have been better and those issues need to be addressed

Cons:

There was no AC in the bedroom. AC was in living room which is of no use. It was not mentioned in description either. There was sewage gas (methane) smell near by bathroom moment we walked into the apartment.It stayed throughout our stay.
