Pros:

Perfect location, cosy and spacious room with very nice bathroom and facilitities. Also, very welcoming and easy to reach hosts!

Cons:

The night club on the ground floor with opening hours from 11 pm to 6 am. The music level is relatively low, but there is a lot of noise coming from people outside the club. It is an issue if you are a light sleeper...

Super central and spacious, great value for money!
Pros:

I loved the location, right beside the heart of the city and literally right on top of one of the major metro stations so getting anywhere was a breeze.
The beds were amazing, super comfy!
The shower was lovely and the whole environment of the apartment was spectacular!

Cons:

We found a shirt under the bedsheets, probably just an oversight on the cleaners part not a big deal that was literally the only issue.
If I could make one small change it would be to ask the owners to leave out some English breakfast teabags for us Irish and British tourists.

Φανταστικό διαμέρισμα, στο κέντρο ακριβώς της Βιέννης. Είχε μετρό κάτω ακριβώς από το διαμέρισμα. Παρα πολύ καθαρό, πολύ μοντέρνο, με όμορφη θέα. Σίγουρα θα μέναμε ξανά!

Konum harika! Müzeler bölgesi ve katedralin bulunduğu yere rahatlıkla yürünebiliyor. Metro durağı binanın köşesinde yer alıyor. Ev tarihi bir binada ve modern döşenmiş.

Halıları tertemiz bulmadım. Ben kendim titiz olduğum için terlik kullanma gereksinimi duydum.

Perfeita para quem busca praticidade, pois a localização é excelente.
Pros:

Da localização, banheiro confortável, cama confortável e roupas de cama limpa. A equipe que me atendeu foi sempre muito atenciosa e gentil.

Cons:

Senti falta de uma mesa com cadeiras para fazer refeição e de um armário, além da máquina de lavar roupas.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter à pied Vienne. Très bonne réactivité des gestionnaires. Notre appartement était spacieux et bien aménagé pour 4 adultes. La déco est sympa et les équipements corrects.

Cons:

Dans notre appartement il manquait du rangement, pour 3/4 jours c'est facile mais plus une armoire ou une commode en plus serait bien. Le 1er étage au-dessus de l'entrée de la boîte de nuit est bruyant...

Perfect base to explore Vienna from
Pros:

This apartment provided the perfect base for our visit to Vienna. The location is sensational and although very central, the apartment was very quiet and secluded. We had one facing the internal courtyard which was perfect. Great heating and lots of hot water. Close to cafes (recommend Cafe Museum for great breakfast or any other coffee interlude which is a mere 200m away).

The staff communication was very fast and always friendly and helpful.fresh towels and lots of space in our 2 bedroom apartment.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Idealne miejsce na nocleg w Centrum Wiednia.
Pros:

Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko i to pieszo.
Czystość i przestronność apartamentu.
Cisza w budynku - nie dało się odczuć, że mieszka się w centrum miasta.
Kontakt z właścicielem.

Zmieniłbym układ łazienki - do toalety wchodzi się przez pomieszczenie z prysznicem.

Взагалі нам сподобалося

Розташування апартаментів чудове

Cons:

Дуже брудна підлога (килим), тут взагалі потрібна хімчистка!
Сміття не виносили взагалі, ми самі зібрали і віддали прибиральниці. На 4 дні мали лише 2 капсули кави і 2 пакетика чаю ( це дуже мало, не приємно). Рушники замінили лише на 3 день перебування(нам запропонувала прибиральниця). Постіль не міняли. Ми просто не хотіли собі псувати настрій та писати менеджеру в апартаменти, не мали часу на це взагалі. купили каву та чай, водичку у Спарі і не зважали увагу на мінуси
