Établissement en bord de rocade donc beaucoup de passage de véhicules a tte heures.
Pas de rideau sur la seule fenêtre du logement donc réveiller des le lever du soleil (6h)

Die Lage, deswegen habe ich die Unterkunft ausgesucht.

Cons:

Als wir an der Unterkunft ankamen und dir Türe lffneten kam uns ein penetranten Zigaretten Rauch entgegen. Mit Lüften ging es nicht weg. Der Boden hat geklebt, das Wasser hat gestunken und das Wasser im Waschbecken ist nicht abgelaufen.
Haben dies dann gemeldet. Sie haben uns vorgeschlagen das Reinigungsteam nochmals vorbeizuschickem, was ich dankend angenommen habe. Jedoch war ich skeptisch, dass der penetranter Rauchgeruch entfernt werden kann. Fragte für eine Preisreduktion. Sie haben mir versprochen, dass sie die 20.- Euro für die Reinigungskösten zurückerstatten (habe ich bis heute nicht bekommen). Als ich am 2. Tag spät Abends zu der Unterkunft zurückkam, waren die Probleme immer noch vorhanden, obwohl das Team an den Tag hätte vorbeikommen sollen. Ich habe dann gefragt, ob das Team vorbeikam. Sie haben mir am nächsten Tag geschrieben, dass sie das abklären werden und ich einen Moment Geduld haben solle. Habe den gazen Tag nichts mehr gehört. Habe es dann belassen, da wir am frühen Morgen sowieso auscheckten. Absolute frechheit die ,,Sauberkeit“

Мы выбрали номер, но когда прибыли на место, нам предоставлен был другой вариант, намного хуже
Все ужасно. Подвал. Сырость. Шум от дороги. Связи с персоналом и владельцем отеля - никакой😕
Пробовала звонить, писать, все напрасно. Пришлось искать другой отель для проживания

Sehr gute Lage. 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt und 10-15 Minuten vom Prater entfernt. Für diesen Preis sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Die Türen sind sehr dünn, dementsprechend hört man alles. Man hört die Menschen im Gang laufen. Das Fass über der Toilette hat stark getropft.

Warnung: der ultimative Horror, ein Kellerloch

Diese Unterkunft ist wie aus einem Horrorfilm. Unglaublich, dass so etwas überhaupt gelistet ist. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Eindruck - wirkt wie eine Gruft. Der Schlafraum liegt im Souterrain, wo es auch eine alte, eiskalte Metall-Kellertür gibt, die wie direkt aus einem Horrorfilm wirkt.
Im Souterrain funktionierte die Heizung und das Licht nicht. Stornierung wurde nicht anerkannt, keine Rückzahlung erhalten, stattdessen das Angebot, einen Elektriker zu senden (um 22 Uhr, das hätte bestimmt geklappt).
Ich musste für die gleiche Nacht eine alternative Unterkunft buchen, ein Aufenthalt in diesem Kellerloch ist unzumutbar - und das um über €100. Unglaublich, dass es so etwas überhaupt als Listung auf Booking gibt.

Eine Katastrophe!
Cons:

Zimmer 1 ist extrem laut! Der schließmechanismus der Oberlichte ist kaputt, sodass der Straßenlärm extrem laut zu hören ist.
Das Bettzeug hat nach Schweiß gerochen.
Die Duschtüre schließt unten nicht ab, sodass die Duschtasse überläuft.
Die Türe zum Bad lässt sich sehr schwer öffnen und schließen.

La situation du logement est parfaite. Le chek in aisé avec les codes d entrée.

Cons:

Une forte odeur d huile de friture à l entrée. Une forte odeur d humidité au sous sol, sols glissants de ce fait, impossible de fermer la porte de wc car gonflée par l humidité
