Everything is great except for a communication with the property
Pros:

Convenience. Proximity to the train station and its access to the city. Also, the BILLA supermarket in the building is a big plus.

Cons:

Check-out time was 11am. On that day I went out and came back at 9am. The lock-code to my room was disactivated and I was totally locked out. Fortunately, I had my cell phone with me. I left several chat messages on booking.com, on the chat at their HP, and sent email to the property but had no reply at all. I could not make a phone call because I only had eSIM. After about 45min my friend asked for a help on phone and they reactivated the code. No apologize from the property so far. What if I didn’t have a phone with me?

Pros:

- brilliant location, pretty much next to the U-Bahn station and shops nearby.
- absolutely awesome non-hotel parking nearby for around 6-7€/day
- amenities, such as an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, basically everything one could possibly need
- a bathroom mirror that also works as storage for make-up etc.
- the view was epic, we did stay in a better room and it was so worth getting to see the Danube river first thing in the morning
- awesome sound proofing

Cons:

- definitely NOT for two people, the bed is not wide enough for two (even though we are two slim women) and the sofa bed was uncomfortable to the point of back pain. Definitely bring your own matress and sheets
- the window in the bedroom cannot be opened
- extremely unclear self check-in instructions, a more detailed guide with photos should be provided
- disgustingly dirty windows (see pictures)

Pros:

Location, apartment facilities, responsiveness from host company.
This apartment is in such a lovely location which is fantastic and family friendly.
U line connection at just a minute walk from apartment is a blessing.
Supermarket downstairs is another huge advantage
Two amazing restaurants opposite to the apartment is the icing on the cake
Apartment has essentials one needs and we were very pleased and enjoyed the stay here.

Cons:

Es waren die Betten nicht ausreichend hergerichtet; für 4 Leute bezahlt aber nur für 2 alles vorhanden (Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw.); teilweise abgewohnt und Dinge kaputt (zB die Fernbedienung für die Jalousien); Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht anmachen; Duschtüre schließt nicht ordentlich - wenn Kinder Duschen nicht gerade praktisch; nur 3 Müslischalen für 4 Personen Appartment…

Pros:

Die Ausstattung war ganz oke, alles was man brauchte.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nur eine lüftungsanlage, wir hatten durchgehend 30 Grad im Zimmer. Auch im Badezimmer ging nur das spiegellicht, und die Lüftung darin auch nicht, durchgehend 27 Grad. Beim Ankunftstag hieß es dann nur das ein Techniker kommen würde, am nächsten tag an der Rezeption hieß es dann das der erst montag wieder arbeiten würde und als wir dann sagten das wir dann aber abreisen wurden wir nur belächelt und gesagt das wir bis montag warten müssten. Zudem wurde dann als wir gegen abend wieder aufs Zimmer kamen ein Ventilator in Zimmer gestellt, was zum ersten nichts brachte und zum zweiten sehr unverschämt war da dies ohne Absprache stattfand und die so in Zimmer reingegangen sind.
