La hospitalidad de doña Emmita y don Hernán es genial. El desayuno que ofrece es variado y a la hora que lo necesites para que puedas realizar tus actividades. Realizan limpieza de la habitación a diario lo que se agradece muchísimo. La cama cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona excelente, el wifi también. El agua en la ducha es solo fría, pero la verdad no se necesita agua caliente en la isla, además el agua es apta para ducharse y quedar limpios, porque en otros lugares el agua es salada, acá no. Tiene un refrigerador pequeño que sirve para tener el agua heladita. Te entregan toallas y están pendientes de tus necesidades. Además el hotel también es restaurante y la comida es exquisita, porciones contundentes y sabor único. Está cerca de los lugares de buceo, y cerca de los balnearios como West view.

Emmita et Ernan sont des hôtes super chaleureux et accueillants ! Quand on note un hébergement tenu par des particuliers et surtout dans un pays où tout est relativement cher pour les locaux mais peu pour les touristes l'on se doit de mettre avant tout l’expérience humaine et la qualité de l’accueil en priorité car pour moi se sont les 2 points forts qui font toute la différence. Leur maison est située au Sud Ouest de l'île à l'écart du brouhaha de SAN ANDRES mais suffisamment desservie par les bus où les taxis (25 mn du centre) inutile de louer un véhicule car on peut faire le tour de l'île soit à bord des bus qui font des haltes à la demande, soit louer un buggy à la journée où des vélos ! Circulation dense et stationnement pratiquement impossible ! De plus on traverse la route et vous assistez à des couchers de soleil colorés comme ce pays magnifique ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme après le tumulte de BOGOTÁ ! Emmita et Ernan forment un tandem parfait ! Emmita est une personne toujours souriante et multi tâches, elle met tout son coeur dans les repas qu'elle concocte et Ernan qui parle parfaitement le français a pu nous aider et nous conseiller et joindre ses contacts pour nos excursions, il a géré nos transferts de l' aéroport à la pension, et vice versa et ça c'est vraiment super ! Découvrir un pays et les personnes qui y vivent c'est aussi partager leur habitat et respecter leur culture ! D'autres voyageurs attachent plus d'importance au confort matériel ! Chacun met le curseur en fonction de ses attentes ! Pour moi c’est important de leur dire de continuer à partager leur chaleur avec les touristes qu'ils accueillent et merci pour les moments partagés !

Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Größe und das Hotel ist in der Nähe schöner Tauchspots. Zum nächsten Strand läuft man etwas mehr als 20 min. Ins Zentrum kommt man mit dem Bus oder Taxi.
Die Inhaberin war super lieb und hat uns mit vielen Tipps zur Umgebung geholfen. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch von ihr zubereitet und die Portion hat die perfekte Größe, dass man bis zum Mittag satt ist.

The family operating the business was amazing! Loving people and reflecting such a good vibe. They'd made you feel welcomed so easily.

La calidez y familiaridad en el trato recibido por don Hernan, su esposa Emita y sus hijos muy lindos, una atención super, además nos ayudaron a organizar los diferentes planes y a contactarnos con personas de confianza en los tours realizados. Excelente, los recomendamos. Muy rica la comida que ofrecen y tranquilidad absoluta en el lugar, mucha naturaleza, deliciosooooo. Gracias mil.

El desayuno inmejorable, la ubicación es alejada del centro un poco complicado el trasporte si no tienes ninguno alquilado, es un lugar perfecto para las personas que buscan estar tranquilas y no les gusta el ruido

Royal Palm Inn was the ideal place for our stay in San Andrés, particularly because of its convenient location near our apnea course. The facilities were spotless, and the staff was always warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. A highlight of our stay was their special Raizal dishes every Wednesday, where they serve traditional island cuisine. The cazuela de mariscos was absolutely delicious and a must-try for seafood lovers. This combination of great service, local flavor, and perfect location makes it a fantastic choice—I highly recommend it!

Emmita and Hernan were amazing hosts, we felt like part of a family. The place is in a quiet part of the island nestled in the jungle, ideal for exploring a different part of the island away from the main area. Also very close to scuba diving sites if you’re doing that. They made us a great dinner with the best snail and shrimp cocktail we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!!

The Family Running the Business was extremely helpful. Our baggage didn’t arrive and they helped us to get it back. Also we felt stuck as the buses are unreliable and you need a car / moto to move. We rented spontaneously one from a friend of the family. We felt very welcome, breakfasts were prepared very well, delicious fresh food. Beds comfortable, room was basic but ok. Perfect for divers, for snorkeling ok but difficult.

The place is running by an grate couple that is in the business for years. They are the nicest people! Welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are big and spacious, and the shower to.
It close the the sea and couple nice beaches.
Quite and relaxing, highly recommend 👌

The property is right across from the beautiful ocean and a few hundred meters from a slide that goes off into the ocean as well as diving boards and snorkeling. The host family is awesome and knows everyone on the island.
