Apesar de algumas insatisfações o hotel correspondeu ás minhas expectativas
Pros:

Gostamos da tranquilidade do hotel, longe da confusão. As piscinas são muito boas, a vista para o mar é incrível, depois de um dia de praia e passeio pela ilha, relaxar para jantar com esta vista sobre o mediterrânico é muito agradável e mágico.

Cons:

Ponto negativo é o preço exageradamente alto do pequeno almoço 13.50€ por pessoa sendo que levamos uma criança. Tivemos que procurar alternativas nas proximidades pois para quatro pessoas é demais. Há um café ao lado que serve pequenos almoços a 9.00€ por pessoa e sai-se de lá satisfeito. Acho que cobrar 13.50€ a clientes que estão hospedados no hotel é um absurdo. Em nove dias de estadia o valor ultrapassaria os 30% ao valor que paguei só por o aparthotel. Outro ponto são os sofás cama, extremamente desconfortáveis.

Cons:

Hotel un peu vieillot, le plus cher de notre séjour et pas le mieux ... les salle de bains ne sont pas bien nettoyé.

Super relaxing and beautiful hotel. Fantastic stay!
Pros:

The staff were excellent, especially Yannis at the front desk. He very patiently answered all my questions and was a big help. The hotel had a gorgeous view of the sea and two great pools. The kids especially liked the pool toys they had on offer and the really deep pool so we could practice diving. Location was great too, less than 5 minutes from a sandy beach, even though there was direct beach access next to the hotel it was a bit rocky and we didn't have swim shoes. Also only 20 minutes by bus to the center of Chania.

Cons:

The food and drinks at the bar were a bit pricey for what you get. And the kitchen wasn't very well stocked. We had to ask for a cutting board, pan and spatula, which they did provide promptly though.

Great location and a very relaxing place to stay.

Amazingly scenic and fantastic dinner
Pros:

Right on the water and plenty of comfy loungers (what’s not to love). The water was rough the day we were there and we spent all day reading and listening the break. Plenty of people went ocean swimming, which would be ideal if you had water shoes since it’s a rocky beach. Dinner poolside at the hotel restaurant was a tasty surprise

Cons:

We were in the main building furthest from the pools. I think one of the smaller buildings would have been better

A hidden gem!
Pros:

This place is a hidden gem! Everything was absolutely 100% fantastic! Our family massinette room was so spacious and comfortable, beds, view perfect 👌
Cocktails in the bar, breakfast and snacks in the small restaurant was just so well done and good. We will definitely come again. The location is tranquile from the busy Chania. sunbeds for all
