L'emplacement et le personnel
Niesamowity widok z restauracji, prywatna plaża z leżakami i parasolami, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, pani na recepcji była bardzo pomocna w znalezieniu atrakcji, pokój był przestronny i czysty, pani sprzątająca dokładna, śniadania były urozmaicone, smaczne, można było wybrać opcję wytrawną i słodką, świeże lokalne produkty, samemu wycisnąć sok sokowirówką, pani, która się zajmowała śniadaniami zarówno uprzejma i konkretna. Restauracja Corinna na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

La dame a l’accueil parle français c’était agréable tout est à proximité de l’hôtel. Vraiment très bon hôtel tout le personnel est adorable vraiment top top j’ai trop trop trop aimé à refaire

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff—especially the receptionist, who always greeted us with a big smile and helped us with everything we needed. The pool was lovely, with beautiful views all around, and the beach was just a few steps from the pool and the restaurant. The sauna was also a great bonus in cooler weather (it costs extra, but the price is very reasonable).
The room was a bit outdated, but for the price we paid, we couldn’t really expect anything better.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, nette kamer, mooie locatie, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer goed restaurant.
De douche is aan vernieuwing toe. Ook is het even wennen aan het feit dat het toiletpapier niet in de wc mag.
The location was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean and a nice rock beach connected. There was also another sand beach right beside the property. Several Supermarkets and restaurants were located within minutes of the property and the bus for chania old town was located beside the property which made it very easy to get in and out of the town without a car.

Plenty of shops and restaurants around,Chania old town only 5min of easy drive away, 20 mins to airport.
Hotel is right on the shore (has steps into the sea, rather rocky but good for adults or older kids). Shallow sandy beaches for families with smaller kids 2min walk either side of hotel.
2 swimming pools with sun loungers in the hotel for those who prefer to keep sand out of their shorts 😀
Great selection of breakfast. Lunch and dinner was fresh and delicious too.
Room as per pictures advertised, daily cleaning, towel change every second day.
Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. We had a medical emergency and were helped out in minutes.
Weather was not very kind to us, but I'm sure if hotel had any control of that, they would've sorted it out for us too 😂😂😂

Not so soundproof, heard people outside the door and our neighbours who seemed to move chairs all night.
Everything. The room was spacious, modern and practical. There was a fridge, a ceramic plate to cook and basic cutleries, plates. There was a big terrace, with table and 3 chairs. Always travelling 3 in Europe and it is very rare to have 3 chairs in the room. The restaurant was already closed in our first evening but they opened it for us and we received dinner. The outdoor pools (+ tables, chairs, sunbeds) were amazing and just in front of the beach. The hotel had private beach. We had a red alert due to severe weather conditions on the island, and the receptionist explained us how to stay safe during the cyclone. I travelled with 2 children (8 and 14y old) and both of them loved the hotel.
Le petit déjeuner est frais et fabuleux avec des petites spécialités succulentes, en plus de le prendre devant la piscine avec la mer à 20 mètres derrière c'est magique !!!
