Terrazza al sole , suggerirei una copertura fissa e non un ombrellone, per godere di più del tavolo fuori. Pentolino non utilizzabile sul piano a induzione

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo in pieno ponte del 2 giugno, con grande affluenza in Sardegna.

La posizione ottima, con bella spiaggia raggiungibile comodoamente a piedi, e bar, tabacchi e supermercato (il più grande di Golfo Aranci e con orari lunghi e comodi) dietro l'angolo.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'impianto idraulico, ma il gestore si è occupato in prima persona di risolverlo tempestivamente. Una volta capito che il problema richiedeva più tempo per essere risolto stabilmente, ci ha cambiato camera e rimborsato 2 notti. Queste cose possono capitare, la differenza la fa il modo in cui vengono affrontate che in questo caso è stato esemplare.

Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt! Apartament był komfortowy, dobrze wyposażony i spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Dużym atutem była dostępna pralka, która szczególnie podczas dłuższego pobytu okazała się niezwykle praktyczna. Na duży plus zasługuje również wygodne miejsce parkingowe, dzięki któremu nie trzeba było martwić się o parkowanie samochodu.
Ogromne wrażenie zrobiło na nas także otoczenie apartamentu – piękna śródziemnomorska roślinność tworzyła wyjątkowy klimat i sprawiała, że można było poczuć prawdziwie wakacyjną atmosferę. Całość była bardzo zadbana i estetyczna.
Z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie i polecamy to miejsce wszystkim szukającym komfortowego wypoczynku.

Cons:

Wilgoć, przeciekający prysznic, grzyb na ścianach, nie zadbany taras od strony kuchni. Czajnik z krótkim kablem - uszkodzony, brak kontaktu przy blacie kuchennym. Warto zadbać o szczegóły, po remoncie - pomalowanie ścian, apartament ma potencjał.

Soggiorno delizioso a Golfo Aranci. Posizione strategica ottimale per muoversi in costa Smeralda. Casa accogliente, pulita, confortevole, fornita di tutto il necessario con particolare attenzione alle esigenze dei vacanzieri (ombrellone, utensili da cucina, lavatrice). Zona silenziosa, vicina a supermercati e molto comoda per l’aeroporto di Olbia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Cordialità insuperabile!

Best stay ever - outstanding experience
Pros:

This was by far one of the best holiday experience i have ever had so far.
I went here with my wife for a week in may.
Paolo helped us with any and all questions and inquiries that we had, he was very communicative, helpful and super polite and just a sweetheart in general.
I asked alot of questions regarding fishing, good beaches and spots to eat etc. - he even gave me his speargun so i could try that out :)
The apartments are really beautiful and located very conveniently - only 2 minutes walk to the beach, maybe 3 to 5 minutes walk to the next grocery store and if you have a rental car, you can reach pretty much everything on the island super easy and quick.
At the same time its a very calm area and you have a beautiful view of the smaller islands in the area from the small beach down the road.
All in all, an outstanding experience, would absolutely recommend and will definitely come here gain in the future! :)

Cons:

Everything was perfect, only small inconvenience was that the walls arent very thick so if there are many guests you might hear them but we didnt have any issues with that either.

Great stay in nice location.
Pros:

The area was quiet and ideal if you have a car. The apartment was big with everything you'd need for a stay, Perfect for a couple. We picked here as we had a late flight arriving so wanted a nice area fairly close to the airport (25mins in car). Check in was easy and self check in details were explained via WhatsApp on the day of arrival.

Cons:

Just little maintenance jobs could be done to improve the apartment, for example the shower head would squirt everywhere one day then others it was ok. Some tiles are cracked and cupboards in kitchen didn't close properly. Washing machine has a very mouldy seal but still worked fine. The walls are quite thin as we heard the neighbours upstairs and at the side of us on a few occasions. Pillows on bed could do with changing as all really hard.

Pros:

We stayed here with a two-year-old child. In addition to a baby cot, there was also a high chair provided, which was a great help. The kitchen was well equipped, and we also had access to a washing machine and laundry capsules. Outside, there was a lovely terrace where we could relax. The property is very close to the beach.
