Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, lugar tranquilo y playa caminando 5 minutos. El trato de Paolo excelente, muy flexible con los horarios de check. Recomiendo mucho este lugar.

Je reviendrais sans hésitation avec une voiture de location
Pros:

Facilité pour la remise des clés car nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir.
Accueil souriant et très aimable de l'hôte le lendemain matin.

Cons:

L'emplacement n'est pas le plus beau coin de la Sardaigne.
Sans voiture les visites sont compliqués car pas de transport en commun dans les environs.

Wszystko super.
Pros:

Wyjątkowo klimatyczne miejsce, dwie sypialnie dwie łazienki ( jedna przy sypialni ) dwa tarasy z czego jeden na dachu budynku tylko do naszego użytku. Generalnie bardzo ładnie prawie bajkowo.

Pros:

This was a lovely little apartment - we stayed with two young children 3 and 4. It has everything you need for self catering. The host is lovely and very helpful with any questions you have. There is a beach a few minutes walk away from the apartment which is beautiful. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins away from the apartment. The centre is about 25 mins walk - we have a buggy board with buggy. I don't think my little ones could manage the walk without this daily. There is also another beach just down from the supermarket which is beautiful. The area itself is perfect for families - there are two parks in the centre which are fab. I have added a photo of the beach next to the apartment.

Cons:

We would stay here again

Comfort e ottima posizione
Pros:

L'appartamento era molto accogliente e aveva tutto il necessario.
Il terrazzino molto bello, assolutamente un plus.
Paolo, il proprietario, super alla mano, disponibile, gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

C'erano dei piccoli lavori di manuntenzione da apportare, ai quali sono sicura il proprietario provvederà, ma questi non hanno condizionato il nostro comfort.
Suggerisco di controllare le lampadine dell'appartamento poichè non funzionano benissimo, specialmente quando si accende il clima.

ottima posizione. Vicino alla 4 e 5 spiaggia entrambe raggiungibili a piedi. Comoda la vicinanza con il supermercato.
Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. La cucina era dotata di alcuni piccoli accorgimenti molto utili per il soggiorno (sale, zucchero, sapone per i piatti e sapone per la lavatrice)

Cons:

Avevamo la stanza al piano terra e consigliamo migliore aspirazione per il bagno e l'installazione di un condizionatore anche nella camera da letto al posto del ventilatore.

Soggiorno fantastico!!!
Pros:

La struttura è immersa in un contesto di pace e silenzio. L’appartamento è di dimensioni contenute, ma nonostante sia un monolocale è perfetto per una coppia. Il balcone spazioso permette di godere di pranzi e cene all’aperto.
La posizione è perfetta, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e ben collegata a tutte le spiagge circostanti, raggiungibili in tempi brevi con la macchina.

In ultimo, ma non per importanza, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, il che non guasta! :)

Ero già stata in questo residence 5 anni fa e confermo che tornerò nuovamente!

Great location about 10 minutes from the nearest beach. Property was lovely and good for location.

Probably needed bigger seating area inside, and most restaurants are closed when we went end of October.
