Lovely, relaxing stay with great staff.
Pros:

The owner was lovely and it was close to everything, such as the beach and restaurants. The pool was nice and relaxing.

Cons:

The sofas in the room looked a little bit dirty (perhaps just because it was white?)

Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Drei Balkone waren schön. Die Ausstattung (Küchenutensilien, Mückenschutzgitter) war hervorragend. Die Wohnung war schön vom Aufbau.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr laut (Straßenlärm). Bei den Außenanlagen fehlte etwas die Pflege. Die Balkonmöbel waren defekt, dies war schade.

Pros:

Our stay at Elizabeth Suites was exceptional, 10/10! The apartment was spacious, spotless (cleaned daily), and featured a cozy king-size bed, reliable wifi and every imaginable amenity. The owner and housekeeping team were incredibly kind, helpful, resourceful, and welcoming. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

Pros:

Excellent location and very good communication with Epas.
Although we don't eat breakfast a great deal it was served by the pool and the choice was excellent.

Cons:

There could have been more furniture in the living room as even though there were only two of us the seating was cramped

Spokojne rodzinne wakacje:)
Pros:

Spędziliśmy w Elisabeth Suites blisko 2 tygodnie. Wysokie opinie są w całości uzasadnione 👍 Apartament był wygodny, codziennie sprzątany, wszędzie czysto i widać że właścicielom zależy na dobrym samopoczuciu gości. Epas to osoba z wielkim sercem, który zawsze jest do dyspozycji i z chęcią pomoże❣️ Dzień przed przyjazdem kontakt przez WhatsApp - i zawsze odpowiadał błyskawicznie :), rezerwacja transferu z lotniska i na lotnisko bez problemu. Śniadania są serwowane z karty po wcześniejszym zamówieniu, polecam spróbować wszystkich wersji lub komponować samemu ale kreteńska dla mnie to nr 1 ❤️ i świeży sok z pomarańczy 😃
Basen jest głęboki, leżaki zawsze dostępne.
Zaraz przez uliczkę market ze wszystkim co potrzebne i dalej wzdłuż uliczki kilka kroków do strzeżonej, świetnej plaży.
Po lewej stronie od wyjścia jest przystanek autobusowy, nr 15 i 21 jadą do Chanii, trasę kończy na Starym Mieście, czas jazdy ok.20 min. Bilet kosztuje 1,20 eur, który można kupić w markecie na przeciwko.
Wypożyczyliśmy auto z poleconej przez Epasa wypożyczalni - super - polecam skorzystać, aby zobaczyć piękne miejsca na Krecie! 😀 My wrócimy do Elisabeth Suites z pewnością ❤️

Great place for vacations

The manager was great and very helpful, the room was clean and luxurious. There was cleaning service every day. The pool was very nice. I also liked the location. Very close to the beach and restaurants

First visit to Chania and area but it won't be the last
Pros:

We had a great stay made even more personable by Epas the owner who constantly had a smile and was very helpful and the staff were lovely particularly Anna. We had breakfast a couple of days which were more than plentiful. Apartments were in a perfect position for beaches and restaurants. We highly recommend The Elizabeth Suites made our first holiday in Crete 😊
