Lovely place, spacious rooms, spotless and full of amenities with big “patios” for each room. Pretty view of the island with a little pool to chill at. Rooms were cleaned regularly, breakfast had many options and everything was really tasty. Great location, walking distance from Livadi and some parking available as well. Owners are really accommodating and helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to see on the island. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious and well equipped. Everything was of a good quality. Scrupulously clean. Good bathroom/ shower with plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast with wide range of options. Large terrace with superb views across to the Hora. The owners kindly met us at the port, at 2am, and dropped us off again at the end of our stay. They were helpful in arranging a hire car for us, which we realised was necessary to make the most of our trip.
A small point: Astypalea is a windy island and our stay coincided with a spell of particularly strong winds. The elevated position of the property did mean that it caught the winds and it was impossible to use the terrace on some days as there was no shelter.
Beautifully appointed studios with stunning views. Fabulous breakfast looking over the water. Our host Antonia was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Aelia.
Spotless clean with great view! The hosts were very polite and willing to help in any way they can. Very nice homemade breakfast with fantastic pies!
