Ein Traum-100%ige Empfehlung.
Pros:

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise, aber ab dem Moment des Check-ins fühlte man sich ganz herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben sogar ein tolles Zimmerupgrade bekommen & das Essen war fantastisch!

Alles ist unwahrscheinlich sauber, total ruhig & für Familien ideal.

Alles in allem weit mehr, als man sich wünschen kann. Die Betten sind super-bequem & die Lage top.
Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein unwahrscheinlich großes, geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 Balkonen. Von dort aus war die Aussicht kein Highlight, der Rest und insbesondere das wirklich liebevolle Personal aber schon.

Tolle Location im Zentrum vieler Traumstrände an der Südküste Kretas
Pros:

Obwohl die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkt es hell und frisch. Durch die durchdachte Architektur wehlt immer ein angenehm kühler Luftzug durch die Räumlichkeiten, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Es ist allgemein sehr sauber! Das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl an kretischen und kontinentalen Leckereien. Überaus positiv überrascht waren wir vom Abendessen. Es wird hervorragend und abwechslungsreich gekocht. Man kann sich durch kretische Spezialitäten probieren und auch für Kinder ist stets etwas dabei. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich rundum willkommen.

Es gibt viele Zusatzservices: Es werden Ausflüge angeboten (tolle Beratung im Hotel!) und es gibt sogar einen superschnellen Wäscheservice, was sehr praktisch ist bei einem Badeurlaub mit Kindern.

Cons:

Am Pool gibt es wenige Schattenplätze. Aber da das Meer in Gehdistaanz ist und es viele Traumstrände in der Umgebung gibt, mindert es das Urlaubsfeeling überhaupt nicht.

Great hotel. Cannot wait to return.

Our 2nd time staying at Alianthos Garden. A wonderful family run hotel and you can tell how passionate they are to look after their guests. Location is excellent. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean. Rooms and bathrooms could do with an update but I believe this is happening in 2026. Cannot wait to return.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Room was comfortable and staff was nice. Walking distance to town. We had breakfast and dinner included because we were scheduled to be hiking and didn't want to look for dinner when tired from the hike and drive. Surprisingly good with large buffet style dining. Breakfast was also nice. Parking was next to hotel. The front desk went well above the norm on an issue, trying to find a solution to something that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Fantastic food!
Pros:

Very pretty hotel in a great spot. The buffet food was fantastic quality for both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Our room was a tad dated which was fine but the bathroom was a throw back to the sixties or seventies- very past it’s sell by date and in desperate need of bringing into the 21st century!

Great location. Staff are very attentive. Food is always amazing.

Cons:

I would be nice to have Sun beds at the sea not just at the pool. Some of the rooms are rather dark, especially on the ground floor facing the side alley.
