Da das Hotel im Wald liegt, sind die Zimmer etwas dunkel, sehr einfaches Frühstück

Pros:

Super nice staff - very welcoming and full of recommendations.
Very convenient location for this spacious apartment, quiet and away from the road We stayed only one night and didn’t get to use the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The breakfast, served in a large space, was good. Very good value.

Cons:

A little bit aging but this was not an issue

It was a good stay, lovely staff place is Ok
Pros:

The staff, location and the layout of the room/apartment.

Cons:

Nothing was bad but it felt Ok to average. Breakfast low quality even without expecting high standards. Maintenance was poor, gym is just for the picture and ticking the box

La atención del personal de recepción del hotel es fantástica. Siempre atentos y bien predispuestos. Nos hicieron varias sugerencias no solo de actividades sino también de lugares para realizar distinto tipo de compras en Villa La Angostura.

Cons:

El desayuna estaba bien, sin embargo no había variedad de opciones, y en algunas oportunidades no había ni platos ni vasos para usar. Entendemos que al ser un hotel chico, estas cosas pueden ocurrir.

Pasamos un calor insoportable sin AIRE ACONDICIONADO . EL APART NO TIENE EN LAS HABITACIONES Y mucho menos en los espacios comunes.. El horario acotado del personal de limpieza hasta las 12am. No alcanza con el apart lleno. Te obliga a salir de la habitación antes de esa hora

Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente, fueron muy atentos. El tamaño de la unidad es perfecta, el servicio de apart está completo, la pileta es muy cálida, el predio del hotel es lindo y cómodo el acceso al mismo si te desplazas en vehículo.

Cons:

El lugar está un tanto descuidado, faltaría mantenimiento en el sector de la pileta. El desayuno es correcto pero estaría bueno variar cada día con algo distinto. Los juegos del sector del estar están rotos y descuidados, algunos juegos de mesa no vendrían mal. Para armar correctamente la mesa en el servicio del
Apart sería conveniente que hayan individuales o un mantel, además de repasador y rejilla para poder limpiar y secar las cosas usadas.
