Domačnost in pristno italijansko vzdušje. Lastnika izjemno prijazna, kljub jezikovnim razlikam smo se vse dogovorili. Čudovit zajtrk, polna miza dobrot, vključno z limonam in orehi.

Nocleg na jedną noc w podróży.
Pros:

Dostaliśmy dla 3 osób mały apartament na parterze z aneksem kuchennym. Sporo miejsca, czysto, łóżko w sypialni wygodne, natomiast w drugim pokoju łóżko było już wysłużone. Dobre śniadanie. Gospodarz nie mówił po angielsku, ale nie było problemu z komunikacją. Na miejscu trzeba zapłacić gotówką za nocleg. Parking pod domem. Blisko do autostrady.

Pros:

Tiszta volt. Gyalog is könnyen elérhető minden. A reggeli ok. A tulajdonos szintén ok.

Cons:

Mi három személyre foglaltunk szállást. A hálószoba rendben volt. Viszont a harmadik ágy a konyhában volt. Rettentően kényelmetlen volt!!! Két személy részére talán elég lenne az apartman, de háromra nagyon kicsi. Klíma a hálószobában volt. A konyhai rész pokoli meleg. Legalább egy ventilátor lenne ott. A hűtő picike. Parkoló a hátsó részben, ahová bárki bemehet. Nincs lezárva. Ár-érték arányban nem éri meg.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per trasferta di lavoro
Pros:

E' stato il punto di appoggio per una trasferta di lavoro, quindi abbiamo sfruttato poco i servizi. Però, per quanto utilizzato, è andato tutto molto bene.
Lo terremo come punto di riferimento in caso di altre trasferte nella zona.

Ospitalità, comfort e tanta gentilezza
Pros:

La colazione è stata ottima e l'ospitalità degli host davvero impeccabile. Sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e molto attenti ai dettagli .
Un ringraziamento speciale anche per la loro disponibilità: hanno anticipato l'orario della colazione perché dovevamo partire presto per raggiungere il traghetto a Livorno. Dovevamo lasciare la struttura intorno alle 7:00 e si sono dimostrati estremamente flessibili e gentili anche in questa occasione. Un'attenzione che abbiamo davvero apprezzato e che non è affatto scontata.
La posizione è strategica per visitare diverse città della Toscana e il comodo posto auto è un valore aggiunto.
La sistemazione ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi: pur essendo descritta come una camera tripla, in realtà disponeva di due ambienti separati, risultando molto spaziosa e confortevole. Il cucinino è pratico e lo spazioso frigorifero, vista la temperatura è stato molto utile.

Un soggiorno che consiglio con piacere.

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht, da Haustiere erlaubt waren und besondere Ernährungsbedürfnisse berücksichtigt werden. Nach der Buchung wurde ich gebeten, zu stornieren,, sollte mein Hund mehr als 15kg wiegen. Meine Hündin ist eine ruhige, getestete Besuchshündin und wiegt 20kg. Auf meine Bitte hin wurde eine Ausnahme gemacht.
Zum Frühstück erhielt ich auf Nachfrage vegane Optionen. Meine Hündin durfte zwar nicht mit in den Frühstücksbereich, aber uns wurde sehr nett ein Tisch in der Lobby bei der Bar gedeckt, wo sie uns begleiten durfte.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.
Der Pool mit schöner Anlage.
Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Park mit Spielplatz, Hundefreilauf und Trinkwasser.
Zimmersafe, der auch für zwei Laptops genügend Platz hat.

Cons:

Der Pool war bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt leider noch nicht geöffnet.
Wir buchten eine weitere Nacht für die Rückreise inklusive Frühstück. Auf meine Mail mit der Erinnerung und Bitte um vegane Optionen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das mit hohem zusätzlichen Aufwand verbunden sei und es das letzte Mal wäre, dass ich ein veganes Frühstück bekäme. Die Angestellten hatten sich wirklich Mühe damit gegeben, mir ein leckeres veganes Frühstück zu servieren. Danke!
