Pros:

Super bon emplacement

Cons:

Malheureusement l’équipement n’est pas au top, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement et la lumière de l’une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas, on l’a signalé et ça n’a jamais été changé pendant notre séjour….. trop de moustiques et appartement très humide.

Skvělá destinace, čisto, vybaveno. Byli jsme spokojeni :)
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, hezký vyhled a balkon. Blizko more, supermarketu, restauraci. Klidná destinace s hezkou prirodou. Apartman byl skvele vybaven, nechybelo nam nic. Pekna koupelna i s mydlem a samponem. Doporucuji :)

Pros:

Quality fresh rooms and equipment, 3 minutes from the nice beach (this part of the beach is the best by the way).
Super prompt and friendly communication.
I do recommend.

Worth to mention that there is also a beach with sun loungers and a restaurant that belong to Delfini.
Beach host was very kind and treated us as we were dear family guests.

Cons:

The dining area inside the appartement is not enough for the number of guests (only 2 chairs for 4 people). There is a big table on the terrasse so I think during summer season this is not a problem but in September with rain and cold nights we would prefer to eat inside.

Also the wifi is not stable, which is not a big issue on holidays but just to mention for those who need to work remotely eventually.

Pros:

Vi bodde i deras villa Orion med en fantastisk utsikt. Huset är väldigt fint och välstädat.

Cons:

Det är en galen brant backe för att ta sig upp till huset från stranden. Ett litet minus att det bara var ac i sovrummen på ovanvåningen.

Pros:

Logement refait à neuf avec goût composé de deux chambres et d'une kitchenette, belle terrasse sur jardin, machine à laver appréciable. Situé à toute proximité d'une grande plage. Mets d'accueil à notre arrivée.

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική το συγκρότημα συντηρείται ανεπαρκώς.
Pros:

Η διαμονή στο ακίνητο κάνει πολύ ξεκούραστη την παραμονή στον Αγ. Γεώργιο Πάγων. Έχει πάρκινγκ, είναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία (πας με τα πόδια) και ο πάνω όροφος έχει πολύ μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στο δάσος και μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα. Η κουζίνα είναι ανακαινισμένη και εξοπλισμένη με τα αναγκαία.

Cons:

Κατά την άφιξη, το διαμέρισμα παρότι σφουγγαρισμένο, μύριζε άσχημα και το πάτωμα ήταν βρώμικο. Βρήκαμε επίσης λεκιασμένα σεντόνια και μαξιλαροθήκες, κάτι που με ανάγκασε να ασχοληθώ με την καθαριότητα από την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα. Χρειάστηκαν αρκετές επικοινωνίες για να καθαριστεί σωστά εντός της ημέρας, ενώ το ίδιο συνέβη και για την αλλαγή πετσετών την 4η ημέρα αλλά και για την ανανέωση χαρτιού τουαλέτας.

Η πολιτική του καταλύματος για καθαριότητα και απορρίμματα (ότι καθαρίζεται εβδομαδιαία και ότι οι επισκέπτες πετούν μόνοι τους τα σκουπίδια) μας κοινοποιήθηκε καθυστερημένα, λίγες μέρες πριν την άφιξη, ενώ η κράτηση είχε γίνει μήνες πριν. Θα έπρεπε να είναι ξεκάθαρα εμφανής από την αρχή στο Booking, ώστε να μπορεί κανείς να το λάβει υπόψη πριν λήξει η περίοδος δωρεάν ακύρωσης.

Επιπλέον, οι φωτογραφίες στο Booking δείχνουν μόνο το ανακαινισμένο τμήμα και δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα: τα έπιπλα είναι παλιά και δύσχρηστα, τα στρώματα σκληρά και άβολα, ενώ τα κρεβάτια είχαν πρόβλημα με τις τάβλες που έπεφταν. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε σπασμένο φωτιστικό με αιχμηρό κομμάτι, κάτι επικίνδυνο, ενώ η πρόσβαση στον όροφο γινόταν από κλιμακοστάσιο το οποίο το βράδυ ήταν σκοτεινό αφού το φωτιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε λόγω σφηκοφωλιών εντός του.

Συνολικά, η εμπειρία διαμονής ήταν κουραστική, με πολλές ελλείψεις στην καθαριότητα και στη συντήρηση. Δίνει την αίσθηση ότι δίνεται προσοχή μόνο στην εικόνα των φωτογραφιών, ενώ στην πραγματικότητα η φροντίδα των χώρων είναι ανεπαρκής.

Pros:

Appartamento molto bello, piccolo ma veramente funzionale in tutto anche se si vuole cucinare a casa.

Cons:

Migliorerei un po’ la chiusura della doccia perché il box non si chiudeva e ogni volta il bagno super bagnato.
E la Wi-Fi quasi inesistente purtroppo.

Great view
Pros:

The view was nice in the three bedroom house, the outdoor dining area was great BBQ lovely. Beds were comfortable, the location breathtaking despite the very steep hill

Cons:

We had a problem with the water not working at all for a couple of days this was hard as we didn't have a car and the shop was at the bottom of the very steep hill, so was a little exhausting with the little ones after the first week.
The fridge stoped working one day so we lost all our ice cream. The sofa in the living room was like a rock so hard and uncomfortable, the noise from the cars and mopeds keep you up.could do with a toaster.

Wunderschöne 2-stöckige Unterkunft mit MEGA Aussicht, trotz nervige Kleinigkeiten....
Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche da verbracht und können es trotz Kleinigkeiten nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön.
Die Möglichkeit zum Grillen haben wir benutzt und es hat viel Spaß gemacht.
Ali hat super Job gemacht, da er den Außenbereich immer gereinigt hat.
Die Lage ist ok, leider aber von den wichtigsten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas entfernt. Wobei Agios Georgios echt schön war.

Cons:

Die Polster sind leider nicht gemütlich gewesen, die Klimaanlagen müssen gewartet werden.
Im unteren Zimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was manchmal anstrengend sein kann.
In der Check In Einleitung stand dass die Bettwäsche alle 3 Tage gewechselt werden, das war aber leider nicht der Fall.
Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist steil und man muss bei Einfahren wirklich sehr vorsichtig sein.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was clean and the owners were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and we had a great view of the sea from our windows and terrace.

Cons:

The house is on the main street, so there was quite of noise from cars during the day and even at night. Also, to reach the house, you need to walk up a hill a little, but it’s manageable, not a big problem.
