Tranquilidad y vistas espectaculares
Pros:

Los atardeceres espectaculares desde la terraza de la habitación, las vistas y el ruido de las olas por la noche. Elisabeth, muy amable, nos indicó perfectamente cómo llegar, y nos dio agua y fruta la primera noche y nos preparó un plato de productos típicos de la zona la segunda, que estaba delicioso. La playa, con hamacas y sombrillas a nuestra disposición, está a 5 minutos a pie con una cuesta bastante pronunciada, que luego resulta menos de lo que parece. Muy tranquila, y con aguas transparentes. La zona de hamacas es de arena, pero en el agua hay piedras, por lo que es recomendable llevar escarpines. El apartamento, aunque algo viejillo, estaba muy limpio, y la verdad es que la ubicación, las vistas, la playa privada y la amabilidad de Elisabeth compensan eso con creces. La urbanización tiene zonas comunes con mesas y sillas y miradores para los que se alojan en habitaciones sin vistas al mar. Además tiene parking gratuito

Cons:

Va necesitando alguna reforma, pero como ya hemos dicho, merece la pena. Lo recomendamos

Pros:

Bezkonkurenční výhled na moře a Stromboli. Klidná lokalita a nádherné prostředí. Velmi milí a pohostinní majitelé, skvělá komunikace s Elisabeth. Byli jsme zde podruhé a zase se vrátíme.

La struttura si trova di fronte al mare ed ha una vista stupenda, si trova in mezzo al verde e ha tanti particolari curatissimi.

Pros:

Tutto meravigliosamente Stupendo. Non credo esistono parole per descrivere la famiglia che gestisce questo posto bellissimo, tutti molto gentili e affettuosi. Un grazie particolare a Gherly, persona veramente speciale. Il posto merita più di 10 stelle, posizione comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi meta turistica, residence immerso in una pineta molto curata e pulita, spiaggia privata con mare bellissimo, ma la cosa più bella in assoluto è il terrazzino privato a strapiombo sul mare dove ci siamo goduti ogni sera il tramonto e l'ultima sera ci hanno anche omaggiato di un buonissimo aperitivo con tutti prodotti tipici. Consiglio chiunque di soggiornare qui, ne vale veramente la pena.

Posizione sul mare, spiaggia privata con ombrelloni e sdraio, terrazzo vista mare. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, cucina poco utilizzabile e utensili vecchi. senza condizionatore e molto calda a luglio. La sera nel bagno c’erano le formiche.

Torneremo di sicuro!!
Pros:

Accoglienza particolarmente accorta, sempre pronti ad aiutare e darci consigli anche a noi, ospiti senza macchina.
Vista mare spettacolare con lo Stromboli in lontananza, spiaggia e mare fantastico.
Un posto incredibilmente bello.
La discesa al mare fattibile in 5 minuti a piedi.
Ombrellone compreso.
Grazie a Gherly e suo marito anche per i passaggi in stazione!

Mare, panorama mozzafiato e cordialità
Pros:

Panorama mozzafiato e tramonti favolosi dove è possibile ammirare lo Stromboli che sembra osservare il sole che lento scompare dietro l'orizzonte. La struttura ha uno stile armonico che ben si inserisce con l' ambiente circostante, sia dal punto di vista architettonico sia per i colori bianco e blu. La signora Gherly e il signor Gerardo insieme ai figli, sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, anche quando abbiamo avuto un problema con l'auto. Inoltre, da menzionare la comodità di avere a disposizione ombrellone e lettini sulla spiaggia del residence.

Se ami il mare e la natura questo è il posto adatto a te!
Pros:

La cosa più bella è stata la vista sul mare a 360 gradi, si vedeva, si sentiva, si respirava, qualcosa di meraviglioso, da ogni angolo dell'appartamento si vedeva il mare e si sentiva il suono delle onde! Inoltre si vedevano le Eolie, davvero bello! Anche i colori degli appartamenti del residence mi sono piaciuti molto, blue e bianchi, sembrava di stare in Grecia! La spiaggia privata era così tranquilla, l'acqua era trasparente, qualcosa di spettacolare!
I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, abbiamo trovato acqua, vino e frutta all'arrivo e addirittura un piatto di antipasti locali!

Cons:

Il bagno aveva la porta che non chiudeva bene, non c'era una mensola di appoggio sul lavandino, solo un piccolo specchio in bagno per tutta la casa e la doccia col soffione fisso, scomoda per lavarsi. Inoltre non c'erano abbastanza prese di corrente.
La cosa che veramente però ci ha infastidito è stata la musica dal resort vicino, ogni sera, dalle 9 cominciavano a suonare, con musica disco fino alle 11, qualche volta fino a mezzanotte, impedendoci di rilassarci e goderci quella fantastica vista e atmosfera. In ogni caso gli elementi negativi non hanno superato quelli positivi, è davvero un bel posto!

It could be a gem
Pros:

The position of property is great, near the most beautiful beach/sea. Umbrella/chairs are also great, always available. Owner is a very nice lady. Complimentary fruit and wine, plates of traditional italian food. Great parking with gate.

Cons:

We knew in advance there is no AC in cabanas, so that was not such a problem but it was hell of a calabrian summer. Heat, heat and heat. We got one fan, ask for another and got old one, with just one working speed and it died soon. So, we bought us a new one. The cabana needs improvement, new beds and pillows. The bunk bed was way to noisy over night. If somebody makes a move, everybody can hear it. Kitchen is outdated, with very little space for food preparing. Bathroom, also outdated, but with enough warm water. Shower head needs replacement and first few days we had a problem with excesive water from bath.
It is very unique place but, at the same time, not good enough for that amount of money. It could be a diamond but it needs more investing.

Stunning location and views, poor and old facilities
Pros:

Locations and views are unbelievable. Cabanas are beautifully built, Mediterranean style, and a private road easily bring you to the beach either walking or by car

Cons:

Lack of AC is tough with the Calabrian heat. One floor fan isn’t sufficient to refresh the whole cabana. Also lack of TV, WI-FI, and regular cellular datas makes it hard to communicate with the rest of the world. Although I’m suppose to be on vacation, i also like To be present with clients and loved ones, and be updated with world news: unfortunately it was impossible.

In general, the common areas should be updated with pool, Wi-Fi, recreational areas etc, while the cabanas would need to be updated with AC, regular modernization of old furniture, kitchen, bathroom and appliances.

A car is necessary in order to buy groceries or go to nearby restaurants.
