Left home early, slopes before lunch, left after lunch 4 days later in and out with maximised skiing
Pros:

The location was superb, the Sauna facilities were great and the breakfast was excellent and timed perfectly for first lift. The staff were also excellent: Louisa was incredibly helpful in getting us on the slopes the day we arrived pre-check-in and Marina helped me sort out water etc. for the skiing. All in all and excellent experience.

Pros:

De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en.spontaan.
We kregen zelfs de kans om ons smiddags om te kleden om direct te kunnen skiën.
We konden ter plaatse een skipas kopen, zodat we niet dienden aan te schuiven aan de kassa. Heel handig.
Een overdekte Parkeerplaats is heel fijn.

Cons:

Een kleine opmerking, een decakoffie bij het ontbijt zou geapprecieerd worden.

Een appartement met fantastische ligging.
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch, in het Centrum op 5 min van de skilift. Al het personeel van de receptie tot de kuisploeg is super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De ondergrondse parking is een absolute meerwaarde, zeker in periodes van zware sneeuwval. De appartementen zijn sec, maar zeer proper en hygiënisch.

Cons:

Vergeleken met de vele andere accomodaties waar ik verbleef tijdens mijn skireizen vindt ik deze ‘overpriced’. Te duur voor zo’n appartement. Ik denk dat de hoge prijs meer te maken heeft met goede ligging. De badkamer (waar ook de WC staat) met glazen deur in de keuken is echt een bouwkundige blunder. De ingang tor badkamer had beter in de kamer geweest dan in de keuken.

Cons:

Temperatuur op de kamers mag lager of nog beter individueel regelbaar. Dit heb ik ook als feedback gegeven aan Larissa.

Pros:

We stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Fantastic location few steps from Nasserein gondola which gives easy access to all st Anton ski fields. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby then short flat walk in to main part of town. Wonderful staff, and very well thought out and run hotel. Lovely sauna area, great ski/boot room, communal hotel area to socialise. Our apartment had well equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, super comfy beds.

Amazing hotel right next to a ski lift and ski rental, what more could you want!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, I would really appreciate a bit more variety of fresh fruit to make it really impeccable, and even without this small addition it was amazing, fresh, lots of variety, as much coffee/tea as you'd like. Rooms are clean and well equiped. What really sets this place apart is the sauna/spa area in the basement. There are 2 traditional wooden saunas - hot and very hot, there is also a small infrared one, showers, toilets, place to sit, lounge chairs, tea and water in abudance. We spent every afternoon there after coming back from the slopes (they close the sauna at 8)! It was heavenly. The team at the hotel is fantastic, they geniunely care about every guest and are always ready to help and give suggestions and advice if needed. We had the best dinner in the village guided by their recommendations!

Cons:

A room that was initially given to us was a bit small, and it didn't have any seating area that I expected from what was written on the booking. We discussed this at the reception and they were extremely helpful and accommodating which made our stay absolutely wonderful! Bathrooms have a stained glass door rather than a real door which some people might find problematic, the bathroom fan comes on a little while after the light is turned on and there is no way to turn it off - which is a bit annoying if it turns on in the middle of the night when you went to the toilet as it is noisy when you're trying to go back to sleep, would be nice if it could be turned off somehow.

Our booking confirmation related to a comfort room with a sofa that could theoretically accommodate 3 persons. We were however offered a lot smaller room, that had no sofa and could definitely not accommodate 3 people. This wad not only disappointing, but is also deceiving. This was addressed via a vis hotel personnel, but received little less than a shoulder shrug and that we were not the only guests that had this experience and in essence, this catejpof room was not available at the hotel. We were not even offered a discount- this was disappointing,as the room did not match, what we had booked

Superb! It is a lovely place to stay at Christmas!
Pros:

We unexpectedly extended our stay by one night and managed to get a two bedroom apartment here with the dog! Larissa, on reception was so helpful with accomodating all of our requests and they are super dog friendly! The kitchen was very well equipped and there’s lots of space for everyone. The bedrooms were a very decent size and the beds were comfortable. Looking forward to coming back again!
