Top locatie met uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding! Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

De kamer, vrij nieuw, was top en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het balkon keek zelfs uit op het zwembad en de zee.

Cons:

Als ik 1 minpuntje moet noemen was het dat het bed heel zacht was.

Great value accommodation right on the beach.
Pros:

The hotel is superb value for money in a great location. It is literally on the beach so we could hear the waves of a night from our room. There are free sunbeds for customers. Large pool is a bonus and immaculately kept. Rooms are basic but ideal with good shower and handy little kitchen area. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing. The pool/beach bar is a bit basic but offers drinks and good value snacks. Service to your sunbed is provided so you don’t even have to move!

Schöne kleine aber feine Apartment Anlage direkt am Meer.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist eine schöne kleine Anlage in mitten von einem belebten Strand. Trotz der Umgebung, konnte man Ruhe finden. Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Apartments sehr gut ausgestattet.

We had an excellent stay again!
Pros:

We have been multiple times to the Eden Beach hotel and got to know the owners. They are so accommodating and all the staff are helpful and friendly.
The hotel has done a lot of renovation work over the years and they have done it to a really good quality. They have a pool bar and sun loungers at the beach, they serve food, drinks and a cocktail Happy Hour in the afternoon. Well done to Yannis and the team!

Cons:

Nothing that the hotel could change. At night time, the traffic can be quite noisy but as long as you keep the windows closed at night time, this won’t affect your sleep.

A wonderful, super clean place if you want to be close to the action!
Pros:

​We had a fantastic stay at Eden Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms and the entire property were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A huge highlight for us was the excellently equipped kitchen, which had absolutely everything we needed to prepare our meals.
​The location is perfect if you love the beach, as it sits right on a gorgeous sandy shore. It is also very close to the main road, which is great for accessing nearby amenities, though it does mean you can hear a little bit of traffic noise.

Cons:

There are plenty of bars and clubs nearby, so expect some loud music in the area, especially during the high season.

Super wakacje w Eden Beach Hotel :)
Pros:

Bardzo polecam hotel Eden Beach Hotel! Byłem tam z rodziną w okresie 10-17 maja 2026 r. Hotel jest w świetnej lokalizacji - bardzo blisko morza, jak i w samym centrum miasteczka Agia Marina. Pokoje są duże, przestronne, z balkonami, z aneksem kuchennym. Panowie w recepcji bardzo mili i gościnni. Pomimo że doba hotelowa zaczyna się o 15:00 to nasz pokój był gotowy już ok. 11:15 i mogliśmy od razu z niego korzystać. W hotelu jest basen - czysty i zadbany, zarówno przy basenie jak i na plaży są bezpłatne leżaki. Blisko hotelu mnóstwo restauracji, sklepów, wypożyczalni aut. Jednym słowem naprawdę świetny hotel, bardzo polecamy !!!!

Oltre le aspettative
Pros:

Il personale è stato cordialissimo, ci hanno fatto un upgrade della stanza perché avevano la possibilità di farlo vista la bassa stagione, siamo state felici, ci hanno anche regalato due bottigliette di acqua al nostro arrivo.
Ci sono stati dati anche lettini per la spiaggia gratuitamente.
Siamo rimaste stupite e molto soddisfatte.
