Evi was a great host really helpfull even allowed us earlier check in and offered to help us with the car rental. The accomodation was great very clean,new,modern ( oven was unused before us) everything else was great. The outside seating was nice just a thing to note if u are in the apartment(phos)( as we were (for up to 4 people) the outside area was right on the entrance road to the property which meant when you are outside there is quite noticeable sound of the road which is like 50 meters ( I didn't mind it but my mother is a bit more sensitive so...). Also the shampoo and shower where very good.

Cons:

Maybe would be good for some barrier between the road and the outdoor seating of phos apartment

Dejlig lejlighed med god plads, men udfordrende med gang på stejle gader

Den der daglige rengøring, som ikke blev udført dagligt…

En seng, der trænger til en ny madras… man ruller ind og ligger på midten

Og så liiige det der lille bitte ekstra… !!! hvis der er en peber og saltkværn … så fyld den dog op!!

Bell'appartamento con vista mare
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto l'intero complesso, dove ogni appartamento ha un ingresso individuale ed è circondato da un giardino curato e ricco di piante e di fiori. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di uno splendido terrazzino con vista mare, dove abbiamo fatto colazioni indimenticabili. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che ogni giorno pulissero accuratamente l'appartamento e che la cucina fosse fornita di tutto.

Cons:

WI-FI non funzionava.
Il letto si trova nel soppalco, che è piuttosto basso: per me non era un problema, ma potrebbe esserlo per le persone alte.

Easy access for our car and on site parking.

Cons:

Non caring owner.
No Wifi - was not notified upon check in that it was not working. It did not work during our 3 night stay, despite the island having internet.
No Reception area or staff on site at all!!
No daily room service - as stated on their website
Had to buy our own toilet paper and bin liners
No emptying of toilet bin liners- very hygienically important in Greece
No daily fresh towels
All request were categorically dismissed
Owner was combative and constantly making excuses as to why the above issues could not be sorted out.

The location couldn’t be better — everything you need is just a short walk away, yet the space still feels private and peaceful. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this spot is ideal.

In terms of value for money, it honestly exceeded all expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and came with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home!

The host was simply amazing — She was super responsive, incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth stay. Check-in was seamless, and they even shared a local guide with food and activity recommendations that were spot-on.

Bonus points for the cozy vibe, great lighting, and quiet atmosphere. Whether you're staying a night or a week or 3 weeks like we did, this place is a total gem.

Ambiente acolhedor e bem localizado!
Pros:

A localização é muito bem localizado e possui estacionamento próprio. Algumas acomodações falam que possuem estacionamento mas não são privativos. No caso desta, ela tem estacionamento privativo. O ambiente é seguro, silencioso e alguns minutos de caminhada do centro de Skopelos Town.
Evi, a proprietária, e extremamente educada e prestativa.

Cons:

A única consideração é com relação ao WI-FI. Ele não funcionou em nenhum dia. Parece ser um problema recorrente na ilha.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για την διαμονή μας! Τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα και καθαρά και με πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση. Υπήρχε καθημερινή καθαριότητα των δωματίων και αλλαγή πετσέτων. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με ότι χρειαζόμασταν, ακόμη και αργά το βράδυ. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει μεγάλο παρκινγκ που εξυπηρετεί πολύ και είναι και πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια 5-7λεπτά από την Χώρα του νησιού. Επίσης, με την διαμονή σου έχεις δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες στο beach bar στο Γλυστέρι (μια πολύ όμορφη παραλία που αξίζει να επισκεφτείς). Σίγουρα αν επιστρέψουμε ξανά στο νησί θα το προτιμήσουμε!

Stylish property with warm host, some small details to improve
Pros:

The property is modern with a very nice aesthetic, it has private parking (though getting out can be a little tricky if your car is short), and a beautiful garden that makes the place feel peaceful and inviting. The owner, Evi, was very helpful and thoughtful — she even provided us with beach towels, which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

The price is on the higher side, but to be fair this seems to be the case across Skopelos in general. The room has a well-equipped kitchen, though a few small basics (like sugar, kitchen paper, or napkins) would have made things even more convenient. Also, the soap dispenser was empty and wasn’t refilled during our stay — a minor detail, but something that could be easily improved by the staff.

Ένα φανταστικό μέρος για να περάσει κάποιος ξεκούραστα τις διακοπές του. Η όλη ατμόσφαιρα που επικρατεί στο χώρο μας δημιούργησε μία αίσθηση ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης. Όλα είναι προσεγμένα με πολύ μεράκι από τους ιδιοκτήτες, οι οποίοι είναι εκεί για οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί κανείς. Δεν πρέπει να παραλείψουμε τη καθαριότητα για την οποία βάζουμε 11/10. Συγχαρητήρια Τάσο και Εύη για την υπέροχη δουλεία που έχετε κάνει και σας ευχαριστούμε για τις υπέροχες διακοπές που μας χαρίσατε! Σίγουρα η επόμενη φορά στη Σκόπελο θα ανήκει στο Fasolaki!

L’appartamento è molto curato, pulitissimo e arredato esattamente come nelle foto. Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e sempre disponibile, ci siamo sentiti accolti e ben trattati durante tutto il soggiorno. La posizione panoramica sulla collina è piacevole, ma può risultare un po’ scomoda per raggiungere il centro città senza auto. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto positivo che consigliamo.
