Lovely family-run apartments with beautiful views over the sea
Pros:

Lovely, family-run apartment complex set on a hillside with beautiful views over the sea. Very peaceful and quiet with sensible rules on respecting other guests enjoyment.
Stathis and his family made us very welcome and keen to make sure we had a good time and quick to sort out any minor issues.
They serve a wonderful big breakfast on the terrace which was a highlight for us.

Cons:

Location up the steep hill made walking anywhere impossible and taxis not keen to make short journeys to the village below. Needed the car to go anywhere.
Bed mattresses are a bit hard.

Επισκέφθηκα το Koumaros με την κοπέλα μου και η εμπειρία μας ήταν απλά απίθανη! Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι εξαιρετικά προσεγμένοι και το περιβάλλον απίστευτα ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό – ό,τι πρέπει για να ηρεμήσεις. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, πάντα χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστούμε. Ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Pros:

The view from the location's terrace is lovely. Having the pool right in front of your room is a very nice bonus, especially on hot days and given that most of nearby beaches are rather rocky/with pebbles.

Cons:

Rather poor soundproofing. One can hear everything from outside. As the terrace/pool area is extremely close to the rooms, one's peace and quiet depends on the manners and upbringing of the neighbours.

We had an amazing one-week holiday at Koumaros Aparthotel with our family and friends. Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartments were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a family vacation. The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to spend time together. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We created wonderful memories during our stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend Koumaros Aparthotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Halkidiki. We would love to come back again!"

Otroligt fint boende med allt vad man kan tänkas behöva. Underbar utsikt.
Pros:

Utsikten, poolen, hela området och själva boendet som innehöll allt.

Cons:

Vägen upp var otroligt vacker men eftersom det är högts upp på ett berg kändes det svindlande varje gång vi åkte upp och sedan ner. Krävs att man har bil för att ta sig upp och ner.

Overall, the hotel was really nice. The pools were clean and well-maintained, the layout was beautiful, and the place had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved the view from the hotel — very peaceful.

However, the biggest issue was the room, especially the bathroom. There were cockroaches, and the smell of mold was awful. The tiles around the shower had visible mold that easily came off when wiped with a towel, which clearly showed it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.

If the cleanliness of the bathroom matched the rest of the hotel, this would have been a great stay. I really hope the management takes this seriously, because everything else was great.
