Pros:

地理位置比较好，周边超市车站步行五分钟内到达。

Cons:

我在这里住了整整一周，没有看到过前台服务员，门厅总有一股油烟味。电梯及楼梯老的不成样子，楼梯的台阶石头像磨光的鹅卵石，后加的木制阶梯很多不牢固的。我住的是B区4楼一个房间，必须乘电梯到达五楼，再通过长长的走廊到另一端，然后再下到4楼。晚上楼梯灯光昏暗，有点吓人。厨房没有通风机，而且公寓的入住说明上明确油烟大了会触发消防报警，出警费11500SEK，惊讶！我害怕高额罚款，被迫搬走了，再见。

excellent stay thanks
Pros:

nice location - walking distance to interesting places as well as to the trams and train station and very much part of the city centre, had some enjoyable walks and found some hidden treats on the edges of the centre

Pros:

Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e dai trasporti (stazione, tram, autobus). Appartamento pulito, accogliente, cucina ben fornita di utensili. Personale molto discreto ma presente

Cons:

Letto non comodissimo e appartamento nel complesso molto buio.

Comfortable, well located.
Pros:

Located close enough to public transport and good shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed and very good shower, kitchenette, lifts.

Communication with Karolina was good. She sent me clear directions about where to collect keys for DA apartments from and provided me with my preferred tea bags on my request.

Cons:

The property's room in its profile photo is not what I was given so my review does not apply to that generous set up. I stayed in a room with a small attached kitchenette and bathroom.

Kitchen sockets need repairing. I faced problems in how to work it and eventually used the kettle with another socket which was at ground level.

Provision of a few USB sockets apart from the European ones would be much helpful.
