Pros:

Clean, convenient check-in, bike racks, and private yard. 2 bed sheets instead of 1, very convenient.

Cons:

No sugar, no salt, only 4 tea bags, no coffee, I am sure some of these things are left behind by many guests, but there is non in the room.
Floor in the bathroom was supposed to be heating, it did not work, the shower was leaking water everywhere because of the puddles - the drainage was full of hair, until cleaned, the bathroom flooded.
The bed and mattress were cheap, and the pillows were awful.

Location is great, easy check-in / check-out process

Cons:

Missing small, but some essential things: eg no shower gel, no paper towel in the kitchen, no clothes hanger in the bedrooms, no dishwasher. Overall not very clean, couch and floors in particular

Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to the water, surrounded by trees. The room is well-designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking on site.
