- Staff quick to respond

- Decent location, ~15min walk to city center

Cons:

- Unpleasant smell in bathroom/shower area (sewer odor trap malfunction?)
- Wi-Fi internet: not really suitable for work: ~22Mbps down, barely ~2Mbps up. Had to use mobile internet hotspot instead.
- Poor sound insulation (wooden house), could hear guests from neighbouring rooms. Had no issue sleeping though

Exceptional value for money
Pros:

Great place to stay. Went there with my friend for the weekend and we had a lovely time.

The place is close to the city centre, so we walked almost all the time.

The flat itself was cosy, with a lot of wood and pleasant colours, as well as having lots of natural light during the day. The beds were comfortable and large enough for us to have a proper sleep. The insides overall were clean and had everything we needed.

Extra shout-out to Alexey (the host) for promptly answering calls and helping around.

Would love to visit in the summer when the terrace could be fully enjoyed.

Cons:

The shower could use a bit of a touch up.
