Pros:

Fiquei no apartamento Tea Lead que fica no primeiro andar. As escadas são muito estreitas por isso não são aconselhadas para quem tenha dificuldade em subir porque não há elevador. Os apartamentos Siberia e Mandarim são no rés do chão.
A casa é espaçosa, tem utensílios de cozinha, está bem localizada (supermercados, restaurantes e transportes públicos perto de casa).
Os anfitriões são muito atenciosos e céleres na resposta. Deixámos as bagagens no hall de entrada e foi seguro, correu tudo bem.

Ruhig, aber zentral an der Gracht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral. Cafés und Restaurants sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Der Blick aus dem großen Fenster auf die Gracht ist wunderschön. Hinter dem Haus befinden sich Gärten. Als ich in der Nacht bei offenen Fenster aufwachte, hörte ich nichts außer eine Nachtigall singen. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Unsere Kinder haben sich auch wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

The balcony is amazing, rooms is great. The women staying in the boat is nice and friendly.

Cons:

This place tried to charge me twice, i had paid before my arrival and when i got to the place they had insisted i hadnt paid yet and tried to charge me again they then threatened to kick me out unless i paid again. I only sorted this out when i called booking.com and talked to them basically saying they can charge me again since i had already paid which the booking.com service team was amazing for. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe it was a error in the system but not what u want when u get to the place after a day of traveling. Everything else was amazing though.

Although it rained every one of our 5 day stay, we didn’t mind. We slept well at night and thoroughly enjoyed our canal
Pros:

The location and the view from the Mandarin apartment. Excellent beds.

Cons:

The only fault we found was the need for a toaster, or perhaps a small toaster oven. Also, more teaspoons, cutlery in general, and sharper knives.

Kanal manzaralı lokal deneyimi :)
Pros:

Konumu çok merkezi sayılmasa da iyi. her yere yaklaşık 15 dakikalık bir yürüme ile ulaşılabiliyor. Son derece sakin bir muhitte. Ev sahibi Edwin çok canayakın ve son derece yardımcı, kendisine tekrar çok teşekkürler. Kaloriferleri ayarladığınızda ev gayet ısınıyor. Oturma odasındaki kanepe açılarak çok konforlu bir yatağa dönüşüyor. Su basıncı yeterli ve sıcak su problemi yok. Sigara kahve içebileceğiniz Mandarin e ait küçük bir bahçe alanı var.Kanal manzarası harika, lokal gibi hissetmek için çok güzel bir seçenek.

Cons:

Eski bir bina olduğu için ses izolasyonu son derece zayıf. Bizim kalışımız sırasında pek sorun olmadı ama gürültülü komşulara denk gelirseniz sorun olabilir. Kaldığımız dönemde bir çok otelden daha yüksek bir fiyattaydı, deneyim için değebilir ancak bir dahaki rezervasyonda daha yakın bedeller olmazsa tercih etmeyebilirim.

The hotel location is right at the middle of the city which is walkable for everywhere. They provided everything we need which is great for 3 nights stay. We will definitely come back again.

Well located, beautiful view over the canal and authentic buildings and that's all..

Cons:

The apartment is dirty, literally I can't understand how is it possible to be authorised to rent in such conditions we aren't in some developing country. The price is absolutely shameful for what you get. I left the place as soon as I found an alternative place the next day.

The stairs are dangerously narrow, obviously having a bag when travelling is a bad ideal..😳
