The host was great, and the accommodation was clean, modern, and in a great location.
The hosts were very pleasant and went above and beyond to solve any problem that emerged. The room was comfortable and cosy, providing all necessary amenities. Regarding the location, it is superbly close to the city centre and a walk's distance to the museums.

Très malhonnête, impossible de me faire rembourser ma caution. Ils me disaient que c’était fait alors que ce n’était pas vrai. J’ai du insisté, les relancer et faire intervenir Booking pour enfin obtenir le remboursement au bout de 15 jours. A fuir !

Mouse running so around the property, got told we let it in, then no one checked on us the next day!

Good location, 15-20 min walk to the centre. Nicely isolated apartment. Comfortable beds, clean throughout. Would recommend for a group of 4.
The frying pan was scratched, please replace it.

The beds were comfortable & the shower was good. Kitchen amenities were good.
Dark apartment with no ventilation unless you left front or back door open. When we arrived there were Cobwebs in the main room & bathroom, areas on the walls (both rooms) were it needed plastering & repainting but it had been left, chain lock on back door broken, bathroom bin lid broken, wonky toilet seat, holes in the bath towel, not enough toilet rolls for 3 days & this is not a ‘hotel’ at all & it is not close to Amsterdam Central as stated in description but luckily we managed to use the trams to get around. Extremely disappointed especially as we paid a lot for this apartment- far more than it is worth!
