Very good, I recommend
Pros:

Overall clean, good location, good amenities, decent price, staff was helpful, the building is new, clean, air conditioned and airy, it also has a small terrace where you can have a drink with friends. I was lucky to get free parking on the property but it is not guaranteed.

Cons:

The bathroom doors offer very little privacy. The bathroom door has no lock, my 1 year old kid can just push it and come into the bathroom while doing my business and access the only garbage bin which has no cover. Also if you have someone over in the room you feel very exposed because the door is glass and 1 cm around it there is nothing, you can just look and hear everything. Nobody likes this trend with exposed bathrooms and I wanted to mention it.

One of the bed sheets had a stain, but to be totally fair overall the room was cleaner than my own home..

The AC was a bit weak for the size of my room but it's there. The room was very large and in the loft so it was pretty warm.

These are not deal breakers, it's overall very good and I recommend it
