Pros:

Drugi put smo bili gosti u hotelu, kao i prvog puta i ovog puta je sve bilo besprekorno. Poslovnost, ljubaznost, organizovanost svih zaposlenih je na vrhunskom nivou.Apartmani kao i spa centar su veoma udobni, topli i izuzetno cisti. Rado cemo doci ponovo.

A nice cozy hotel with a friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and has great hygiene. The staff does some basic cleaning every day while you're out, such as taking out the garbage, new bin bags, new hand towels, floor cleaning if necessary. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The spa is a great addition to the hotel, clean as well. The apartment had everything we needed.

Cons:

The only thing I had troubles with were the sleeping pillows. Very thin, with dents and uncomfortable. It's not a huge thing, but it's an easy fix. So, please change the pillows.

Good hotel for skiing in Kopaonik.
Pros:

Excellent location. There are a grocery store and ski pass kiosk nearby. Good location - 1 minute with car to the ski lift No.1. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Good value for the price.

Nothing to complain.

Pros:

Locația este exact ce trebuie pentru un sejur de o săptămână la ski. Personalul a fost de ajutor la toate nevoile noastre. Spa-ul este un punct forte al locației. Raportul calitate-preț este foarte bun.

Cons:

Nu a fost nimic care sa nu ne placă. Ne-am simțit minunat si vom mai reveni

Pros:

Bekväma och praktiska lägenheter som hade allt vi behövde. Trevlig pool och bastu. Praktiskt med matbutik på andra sidan vägen. Hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Dåligt med krokar att hänga upp kläder etc på.
Vi saknade mörkläggningsgardiner eftersom att en reklamskylt blinkade hysteriskt hela kvällen/natten och lyste in i rummet. Det blev även väldigt ljust i rummet när solen gick upp.
Lite tråkiga lägenheter utan tavlor eller andra dekorationer.

F frumoase peisaje, hotel relativ nou, SPA
Pros:

Este chiar in mijlocul statiunii, aproape de local market.
Nu sunt prea mulye activitati extra in statiune, plimbari si intalniri la baruri sau restaurante
