Grandview Chelan
Pros:

Loved the location and the lake views, the parking was good.

Cons:

The ac wouldn't stay on, we had it set to 65 and it would run for a few minutes and then hot air would come out. This made it hard to sleep for us. Also the bed was really hard, dont get me wrong, I have an ultra firm mattress at home but this one was really firm.

Great price for luxury and desirable location
Pros:

The location, price and condos have a relaxing feel with some of the best views! The pool and beach area was fun and refreshing.

Cons:

Elevator floors are dirty and parking was tight, but not anything unbearable.

Pros:

The lake view was fantastic. I really don't have anything else as a positive.

Cons:

The room was discussing. They had started to paint and left blue tape everywhere. Neither of the televisions worked. There was mold behind the toilet. It have never been updated except for some of the kitchen. We are not super picky but We left early and stayed at another facility. This was a condo so I am guessing there are nice rooms but this room should never be in the rental pool.

Pros:

The place was excellent for my family that we are 4 members, my family had beautiful days, the view from the pool was amazing my kids and I enjoyed it very much.

Cons:

we had a not so good view because there was a roof covered with a blue plastic which made me feel that I was in a construction site haha,
