Close to beach , restaurants and most of Quy Nhon. Spacious apartment. 3 queen beds. 3 balcony’s with an amazing view. Kitchenette. Laundry. Owner is very accommodating.

The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there were no ironing board. Please at least purchase a ironing board so clients won’t have to iron their clothes in bed. We burnt the bed sheet by accident, and some burnt marks were left on the same bed from previous stays. The smell from the bathroom drain is horrible. What a way to make money.
Nothing good about this place 😕 😪 apartment belonged to another man who came to give me the key
Dirty Dirty Dirty. No shampoo. No cooking facilities. No water. No knives or fork. Air conditioning wasn't working properly.
A clean condo high up in the 25 th floor. Everything is great except the toiletries. Not well stocked up shampoo and bathing gel.
Noise from nearby karaoke centre was loud but it stopped at 10pm at night. Kitchen is well stocked except for the spoons and forks.

It was comfortable with good views
This is not luxury. the pool area is unfinished and run down. It is obvious the host is trying to save money. The host provided very little. one pillow per person. The kitchen only had a couple of bowls, plates and cutlery despite it being a 3 bedroom apartment. sheets had stains on them. We were a family of 5 but we only got one access card. we asked for a 2nd but it never turned up.

A unique situation to Quy Nhon perhaps, where the properties are privatly owned apartments and rented out thru Booking .com. Having said that, the apartment in this Homostay review was on the 25th floor of the FLC Sea Tower building. The apartment was more than large enough for two people, with the normal facilities for cooking etc. Including a washing machine on the balcony, which is very handy for people who have been on the road for a while. The owner welcomed us in the early morning, (6.30 am) of day 1 and basically left us alone until we checked out after 4 nights. The area is within 300 metres of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and entertainment, with a coffee and breakfast shop in the lobby of the building.
The owner Mr Anh was a nice fellow and very helpful. Would we stay here again? Yes we would.
Everything was fine, but the floor of the apartment should have been cleaned before we arrived.
The room was big and tidy, with all necessary equipment's you need. I founded it, as recently renovated or new build. It had a perfect sea view from the balcony. You can get breakfast, just down stairs at the cafe.
The only thing, that staff do not speak English, it was quite difficult to get the keys, but if you have translator app, it could be easily solved.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location suited our needs.
