Highly recommended for couples stay. We had two couples and had access to all the restaurants and bars with easy access.
Pros:

Great location, incredibly helpful staff, especially Sophia. The facilities were awesome and the views from the room were unmatched. Morning breakfast delivered to our room.

Cons:

The only downside was the hot tub was too cool. Outside air temperature was in low 60s.

A perfect family stay with stunning views, warm hospitality, and unforgettable experiences.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay. The service from Sofia and Anil was outstanding — they made us feel completely at home. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, and the view of the Caldera was absolutely stunning. We especially loved having breakfast served in the pool, which made the experience unique and memorable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot tub temperature was warm and ideal, even for my little one. My daughter enjoyed the stay a lot. The property is also very conveniently located, very close to the city centre. Overall, everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Pros:

Todo! Un excelente alojamiento. Estuvimos un par de días y todo realmente fascinante. Las instalaciones, la hospitalidad de los anfitriones, preocupados siempre por el turista. Excelente!

Cons:

A veces la pieza era un poco húmeda, probablemente por la época en la que se visitó, pero con el aire acondicionado se solucionaba fácilmente.
