I personally arrived at the address указан in the listing, and the property owner clearly stated that he has NO listing on Booking and does not work with Booking at all.

This means the listing was created by scammers solely to steal money through prepayment.

I contacted Booking support, but they were unable to help, and the issue remained unresolved.

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
This listing should be removed immediately.

The property lacked privacy, the room was not clean, and the staff were frequently disturbing us. Additionally, the room provided was different from what I had reserved. Due to these issues, my stay was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.

Ursprünglicher Urlaub mit Aussteigerflair
Pros:

Schöner Blick auf das Meer und den Pool, sehr bequeme Betten, sogar mit bezogenen Bettdecken. Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliches Personal, günstiges Wasser zu kaufen. Kunstrasen um den Pool, abends beleuchtet. Tag und Nacht nutzbar. Eigener Eingang. 24 Stunden bewacht. Tee und Kaffee sowie weitere Getränke an der Poolbar zu kaufen.
Kleiner Supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt. Günstige Restaurants in der Nähe am Strand.
Meer hatte Anfang Dezember noch 24 Grad, vorwiegend einheimische Gäste.
Im Ort etliche Ausländer, die dauerhaft oder Länger als Aussteiger dort leben. Im entfernten Zentrum viele Taucher.

Cons:

Nur 1 grosses Handtuch. 4 Rollen Toilettenpapier, hätte aber nachgeholt werden können. Bad nicht sehr sauber. Wasserdruck zum Duschen zu niedrig, kein Fön. Haare und Wasserhahn fes Handwaschbeckens gewaschen. Dort reichte der Druck und Wasser war warm.
Kein Spüli, Lappen oder Geschirttuch. Unvollständiges Geschirr. Z. B. kein Messer zum Brotschmieren oder Dosenöffner oder Schere. Dafür grosser Kühlschrank. Gasherd mit Selbstentzünder, kaum Töpfe oder beschädigte. Mikrowelle aber kein geeignetes Geschirr dafür. Nur 2 Stühle. Viele freilaufende Katzen und Hunde. Am Strand fahren Autos, Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten am Strand bei Flut nicht nutzbar, da überschwemmt (klimawandel lässt grüssen). Pool nicht heizbar und Anfang Dezember sehr frisch. Meer sehr felsig und steinig, unbedingt Badeschuhe nutzen. Zum Riff sehr weit raus zu schwimmen oder ca. 30 minuten Fussweg bis zum Lighthouse. Dort kann gut getaucht und geschnirchelt wrrden, ist aber recht weit weg.
Im älteren Viertel Asalah gelegen mit offenen Restaurants am Strand nach einigen Minuten Fussweg. Meist ohne Überdachung und mit Sand- oder Kiesböden und Hunden und Katzen, die in grosser Anzahl frei umherlaufen und betteln. Hatten trotz der hygienischen Mängel in der Woche keinen Durchfall, jedoch stets Flaschenwasser genutzt.
Anfang Dezember Übergang zum Winter mit sehr windigen Tagen, einem Tag mit Gewitter und Starkregen. 2 Tage windstill mit bis zu 28 Grad.
WLAn nicht immer verfügbar, je nach Anzahl der Nutzer. Fiel bei Regen aus. Personal spricht nicht immer englisch. Ägyptische Musik tagsüber, aber nicht zu laut.
