Pros:

Very helpful owner. Location is superb, it’s technically right by the sea. Beds were the best I’ve slept in in a really long time.

A quiet, comfortable stay near Volos, with spacious rooms, great location, and great value for money
Pros:

The location is ideal: very close to Volos, so you can reach the city in just a few minutes without dealing with traffic, while still enjoying a calm and relaxed area. The beach is only a short walk away, which is a big plus during summer season. The room was very spacious, with a separate kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise given its he excellent value for money.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything noteworthy to dislike. Everything was well maintained and met our expectations.

Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, πάρκινγκ.

Cons:

Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση, μόνο το μπάνιο είχε ανακαινιστεί. Δεν έχει ηχομόνωση και το a/c δεν αποδίδει όσο πρέπει.

Not Chrome & Glass modern but a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

We loved staying here so much because of the location, convenience and the facilities.
If you are looking for modern chrome and glass then this is not the place for you. However if you are happy with a clean and comfortable place to stay with very lovely people who are there if you need them then this IS the place to stay.
We are looking to come back again around the same time next year.

Pros:

The staff, location and price.

Cons:

It's getting to old, rattling windows, dated bathroom.
I was kept awake by fireworks between one & two AM on a Tuesday night. Not the hotels fault, but didn't make my stay an enjoyable one.

Need improvements
Pros:

Easy to get to the hotel, close to the sea, clean and cheap.

Cons:

All the furniture very old, most of them broken, toilet broken, the balcony doors creaks very loudly, all the picture from site are far from reality.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.. ωραίο μέρος για ήσυχες διακοπές, πολύ κοντά στο Βόλο, εύκολο παρκάρισμα.

Cons:

Όλα ήταν μία χαρά, εννοείται θα ξανά πήγαινα.δυο πράγματα που θα ήθελα ήταν 1 σιτες (πολύ βασικό) και 2 καλύτερα στρώματα (λίγο ταλαιπωρία ήταν) κατά τά άλλα οκ....

Big rooms. Two air conditioners. Equipped kitchen. Partial sea view. Renovated bathroom.

Cons:

The furniture was old but it was well preserved. The mattresses were too hard for me.
