Tolle Lage; sehr herzlicher Gastgeber
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf Korfu. Der Inhaber des Apartments war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen hat er uns sogar einen Kaffee angeboten, da es im Apartment selbst keine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Das war eine sehr nette Geste. Für den nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir uns einfach selbst eine kleine Kaffeemaschine oder eine andere Möglichkeit für Kaffee mitbringen.

Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich super. Korfu-Stadt ist schnell erreichbar und auch die Bushaltestelle liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir sind jeden Tag mit dem Bus zum Dassia-Strand gefahren – die Fahrt dauert nur etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten und die Haltestelle befindet sich direkt am Strand. Das war sehr unkompliziert und praktisch.

Insgesamt können wir das Apartment aufgrund der tollen Lage und vor allem der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe des Apartments. Er hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen, da er nicht besonders sauber und insgesamt nicht sehr einladend war. Dank der guten Busverbindung war es aber überhaupt kein Problem zum nächsten Strand Dassia zu fahren.

Ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης,μας έκανε και ένα αποχαιρετιστήριο δώρο. Κατάλυμα πολυ κοντά στα καταστήματα του χωριού. Άνετο πάρκινγκ.

Cons:

Για εμένα η τιμή του δωματίου δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις παροχές που προσφέρει,πρέπει να δωθεί προσοχή στην καθαριότητα διότι τις 5 ημέρες που μείνατε στο δωμάτιο ήμασταν με τα ίδια σεντόνια,δεν ήρθε ούτε μια φορά κάποιος να καθαρίσει, το μόνο που έκαναν, δύο φορές μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες.

Friendly and helpful owner. Thanks Stavros. He offered coffee and beer without charge. Good location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Room size was good.

The bed's mattress was too hard for us.

Gute Lage der Apartments und es ist alles da was man braucht!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Man hat alles in nächster Nähe. Der Gastgever war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Świetne miejsce na spędzenie urlopu. Bardzo komfortowy nocleg, wokół duża baza gastronomiczna, blisko do plaży oraz sklepów spożywczych. Na miejscu jest darmowy duży parking, jeśli ktoś wynajmuje auto. Gospodarz to złoty człowiek, pomaga we wszystkim. Stavros, if you read my comment i would like once again say thanks for everything!! Pros:

Super aardige eigenaar! Maakt elke dag een praatje. Daarnaast ook gratis drankjes gekregen. Locatie is top. Dichtbij busstation en het centrum van Gouvia. Scooterverhuur op 50 meter afstand, leuk om hier Corfu mee te verkennen.

Cons:

Appartement is sober. Alles is aanwezig, echter geen luxe.

Pros:

A very hospitable host, who sincerely cares about his guests, is available independently, which is very useful in atypical situations, such as the one that happened to us when the door fell off and we couldn't get back to the room because the keys were left inside. And it was early in the morning. We had to call the host ofc he was sleeping but didn't show any annoyance, and gave us a spare key. The sincerity was expressed in everyday care, short, friendly conversations, responsiveness, readiness to support and help. we recommend this guest house to those who travel to Corfu. Rooms were clean, with fully working kitchen, bathroom, a lodgy, very good air conditioners. Just an exceptional stay. Bus stop just minutes away that drives to center and all mayor cities
