Het is een net appartement en ook schoon. Er is klein onderhoud, o.a. de klink van de badkamerdeur, maar niet heel belangrijk. Het appartement heeft een prima balkon.

Cons:

Twee zaken vielen tegen.
Allereerst heb ik herhaaldelijk het verzoek gedaan om het hoofdkussen dat we hadden laten liggen, terug te mogen ontvangen. Dit bericht heb ik vrijwel direct na het vertrek gestuurd (binnen 1 uur), en ik heb ook 3 herhaalberichten gestuurd, maar het werd niet beantwoord. Althans, het werd wel beantwoord, maar dan door een AI-bot, die je niet verder helpt. Leuk bedacht, om lekker weinig aandacht te hoeven besteden aan je klantenservice, maar het gaat zo het doel voorbij.

Daarnaast waren de matrassen van matige kwaliteit.

Bardzo dobra i spokojna lokalizacja kilka minut spacerem od centrum Kaprun, i kilkanaście spacerem do stacji narciarskiej. Tuż obok znajduje się Zamek Kaprun więc widok ciekawy.

Pros:

Nice location. Clean and spacious apartment with big bathroom. The kitchen was good equipped. Parking space.

Cons:

Bed mattresses could be firmer - personal preference. It looked like AI generated messages on WhatsApp Business account.

Apartmán predčil naše očakávania. Výborný pomer ceny a kvality. V budúcnosti volím opäť toto ubytovanie.

Veľmi príjemné, útulné a moderné zariadenie apartmánu. Oceňujem čistotu a skutočne bohaté vybavenie, najmä kuchyne.

很好，住的很开心
Pros:

房间很大，适合一家人入住。
厨房设施齐全，自己做饭很方便。

Cons:

我们住了5晚。因为不是每天有清洁服务，我们需要自己清洁房间。这个本身不是问题。
但是房屋内没有拖把、吸尘器等这些清洁用具。希望这一点可以改进。
