Inventarpflege dringend angeraten!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und schön. In den Betten schläft es sich sehr gut.

Cons:

Ursprünglich waren die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Leider ist die Qualität der Möbel nicht gut und sie funktionieren nicht richtig! Die Schubladen der Kommoden müssten neu eingestellt werden, die Stühle und Tische haben gewackelt, alle Schrauben waren locker.
Das warme Wasser in der Dusche reichte gerade, um sich die Haare zu waschen. Danach gab's nur noch kaltes, für alle weiteren Hygienemaßnahmen.
Zudem läuft das Duschewasser unter des Dusche hindurch in das Badezimmer und für dieses, unvermeidbare.
Auch die Duscharmaturen müssen mal wieder befestigt werden
Die Küche ist nur mit dem Nötigsten bestückt: 6fach Besteck, 6fach Trier, Gläser und Becker für 6 Schlafplätze und kein einziges mehr.
Jeden Abend kann man die Geräusche der umliegenden Clubs, Discotheken und Kneipen sehr gut hören.
Bei Ankunft war das Schluss der Tür defekt. Die Schlüsselkarte könnte nicht benutzt werden, da ein Teil im Rahmen herausgebrochen war. Die Tür könnte nicht ins Schloss fahren und musste abgeschlossen werden kann damit sie nicht von allein auf ging. Das monierte ich sofort. Erst am 6. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes und nach mehrfach täglicher Erinnerung des Portiers und steigender Vehements meinerseits wurde das Schloss(3 Schrauben) repariert.

Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment, so well located and helpful friendly staff.
Pros:

The space was great, very warm, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

No toaster was a big disappointment, for the price, size and standard of the apartment, the kitchen could have been better equipped. No oven either.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl, wenn man Wert auf Lage und Platz legt.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm und komfortabel.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei große, geräumige Zimmer, die ausreichend Platz bieten. Man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl.

Die Lage ist ein großer Vorteil. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Man benötigt keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Ein Nachteil ist der fehlende Reinigungsservice. Die Zimmer werden nicht automatisch gereinigt. Für die Reinigung muss man zusätzlich bezahlen.

Die Lage war optimal

Cons:

Frühstück gab es aufs Zimmer. Kein 4-Sterne-Frühstück, sehr übersichtlich, jeden Tag das Gleiche.
Nicht genügend Stauraum im Zimmer. Küche und Bad waren gut.
Klappcouch zu klein.

Ein gutes Appartement in toller Lage, dessen Sauberkeit bei längerem Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt ist.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr sauber bei Ankunft.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre komfortabel. Und ökologisch sinnvoller, da man nicht laufend abwaschen muss. Ist man länger da wie wir, fehlt ein Besen, damit man mal ein wenig sauber machen kann, denn Staub fällt ja immer. Es erfolgt nur eine Schlussreinigung, egal wie lang man das Appartement nutzt. Wir haben nach einem Besen gefragt, aber erfolglos.

Bien positionné mais très bruyant
Pros:

L’emplacement était stratégique, au centre de Prague, à 5 min à pieds de l’horloge astronomique.

Cons:

Le bruit tout au long de la journée à l’intérieur de l’appart qu’à L’extérieur, entre les machines à laver qui tournaient en permanence la journée, le bruit aussi à l’intérieur de l’appart à la fois du ventilateur et/ou du son d’eau qui coule (on dirait un robinet ouvert en permanence).
Rajoutant à ceci le bruit des night clubs autour surtout vendredi et samedi.
Quand j’ai fait appel à l’un des staffs, il s’est rendu chez nous, il m’a limite prise pour une folle, qu’il n’entendait soit disant rien dans la chambre et qu’il ne pouvait pas intervenir pour arranger la situation parce qu’il n’avait rien détecté.

A Great Stay Right in the Heart of Prague
Pros:

I really liked the location because it was so close to Prague's Old Town. I was able to walk everywhere easily without needing public transportation.

Cons:

If you stay on the lower floors, the noise from the nightclub can be a little bit disturbing, but besides that, everything was good.
