酒店入住的隔音問題及過退房時間后罰款300台幣
Pros:

客服人員相對來說服務態度還可以，有問有答。

Cons:

首先，一進門以後是兩張單人床拼起來的雙人床，並且一進門空調沒有打開導致空氣味道很差。其次一推開廁所的門特別臭，一股酸味，導致一整晚沒有洗澡第二天早上才洗澡的。第三退房時間是11：40左右，前臺人員說酒店規定超過半小時要罰300台幣，可明明房間內上面的提示是超一個小時收300台幣。最後就是，因為房間面對巷子的街道，民宿對面有一間鐵器鋪頭，十一二點還在加工導致有聲音特別吵，第二天早上八點開始又吵，隔音很差。如果睡眠質量差的朋友慎重。（PS：酒店超時收費能理解但未到一個小時收300是不是格局值得商榷？）

So many possibilities!
Pros:

The apartment was huge. The furniture was extremely comfortable. There were lots of cabinets for clothes and food. The stovetop was easy to use. The communication via messaging was prompt. The lighting in each room was excellent. There was good information on how to enter the property using self service.

Cons:

Too many things that shouldn't have been less a problem: no hot water in the kitchen sink made washing dishes tough,; no kitchen towel; no sheets changed in 5 nights: room cleaning only consisted of changing towels and emptying the trash once which we thought was unacceptable; it was not intuitive to use the shower; we'd never seen a fridge unit with 3 separate doors, and therefore didn't realize the bottom one was the freezer; no information about the unusual fridge design; only 2 knives, forks, and spoons; 2 large plates and bowls which was inconvenient; no salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, etc the apartment, only possibly on the 3rd floor which again was very inconvenient.

Towels were replaced but not a kitchen drying towel that we requested.

Having only 4 hangers for 2 people for 6 nights is not enough.

The small frypan needs to be replaced. Need more kitchen equipment to make cooking anything convenient.

The toaster gave out our last morning.
