nothing. its horrible…. the picture belongs to other community houses.

Cons:

pathetic furnishings, extremely poor maintenance, dirty and unclean surface, rats and highly highly overpriced… at this price, i can stay in a seven star in Dubai. they looted in the name of cop 27. this is worse than a slum accommodation.

Underinvestment in interior made it shabby. Little thought given to basics in kitchen & bathroom.
Pros:

No food, and no restaurants within walking distance

Cons:

All furnishings were old, broken and shabby. Lightshades broken. Sink waste pipe leaked across bathroom floor. No shower curtain, just a mop and squeegee supplied. Rusty water from taps. No bedside light. All lights were daylight flourescent. Asked to stay in room if cleaners are called! Cutlery in drawer was stuck to the plastic surface. Pots and pans were blackened with age and rather random in selection. Lots of bare wires and pipes. No shampoo, washing liquid, powder or sponge, despite it being a serviced apartment,

The listing is deceptive. This is not a 2-bedroom apartment. It is shocking that booking.com has not taken any action to correct this deceptive and misleading listing.

Not a resort, it is a residential building with a few rooms to rent.
Pros:

There were multiple pools to swim in, but no towels provided. It is located kind of centrally to Sharm conference centre but not walking distance.

Cons:

This was more an Airbnb than a hotel, it was a residential complex with an apartment or more for rent.
1 very small towel was provided.
TV had only arabic channels.
No restaurant within walking distance.
Airport transfer didn't arrive so we had to take a cab.
Phone number give to sms if I had an issue did not reply to request for towels.
