Todo está perfecto, la limpieza, la unicacion, la atencion, el baño, las amenidades, etc. únicamente que se escucha todo entre una habitación y otra
Lo único malo de este hotel, es que estas dentro de tu habitación y escuchas todo lo que platican y hacen en otras habitaciones

Falta de televisión por cable y la falta de estacionamiento
Cest tres mignon. Bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Environ 2 kms à pieds. La chambre pour 4 est spacieuse. Le lit individuel est en retrait. Les commerces sont proches. La ville est magnifique. Il faut savoir que cest une cuisine salon terrasse partagées . On peut garer la voiture au pied du logement. Les i fos données pour l arrivée sont tres claires
La cuisine est petite et il y a peu d ustensiles de base type assiettes couteaux fourchettes cuillères.

There is very little water coming from the shower, and we never had any hot water.
There is also a very unpleasant smell, which makes it quite difficult to sleep.
And nobody answer, so a have to go to another place
Suite room is clean and tidy, easy self-check in with host (contact by whatsapp) host is responsive, lots of restaurants/convenience store nearby. We hv booked 2 nights and they did tidy the room for us on the 2nd day.

La ubicación es buena
Las habitaciones están sin mantenimiento, tienen un mal olor a cañería, poca precion de agua...
El llit era molt còmode, i el barri esta bastant be.
La dutxa te poca pressió. La zona de la cuina no esta molt neta, hi falten elements per poguer netejar els utensilis.
La ubicación es muy buena y el lugar es acogedor.
Bastante ruido muy temprano por la mañana por parte de los otros huéspedes.
La habitación cuenta con lo necesario.
En general, la habitación es sencilla, pero cumple con la función de llegar a dormir en un lugar cómodo
El lugar está bonito y está cerca de la Alhóndiga de Granaditas. El cuarto está amplio y las camas cómodas. En términos generales la estancia estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos mucho de Guanajuato.
Hay mucha comunicación con las personas.
No tiene estacionamiento, pero la zona se siente segura para dejar el carro afuera.
Lo malo fue que cuando llegamos, nuestro baño estaba cerrado por dentro y después de un viaje de 5 horas, sí se necesita mucho. Después de más de una hora nos dieron la clave de las llaves para entrar a otro cuarto y poder pasar al baño. Y el nuestro lo abrieron hasta la noche.
A pesar de lo mucho que tuvimos que esperar por el baño, para salir sí nos presionaron con el el Check Out.

el dia que llegue no contaba con papel y tambien que la puerta tenia una falla y no se podia abrir la puerta
El lugar es agradable, cálido, acogedor, limpio, tranquilo.
Está retirado de puntos de interés, para mí es un engaño el que digan estacionamiento gratis, pero en la calle, no hay mucho lugar donde estacionarse, realmente me decepcionó el ver qué no tienen parking y tienes que buscar lugar en la calle o pensión (con costo)
