Se veia limpio y que tenía una tele. Que tenía muchos utensilios de cocina para poder prepararse cosas.
Me pareció muy inadecuado que no tuviera aire acondicionado o que no hubiera NINGUNA ventana que permitiera algo de ventilación. Habían un par de extractores de aire en el segundo piso y en el baño, pero estos no eran suficientes. Estar en el segundo piso era como estar en un ático donde uno sentía demasiado calor y uno se ahogaba.
- It's very inconvenient. The check-in point is very far from the apartment complex.
- We didn’t know that we have to deposit €300 before we pay. Only after paying, we got message that we have to deposit €300 when we check in (even pay extra €20 for if you don’t have credit card for €300 deposit). And that I couldn’t get that €300 back after 2 weeks from check out day. (When I write this review after almost 2 weeks, I haven’t got €300 deposit back)
- There's no air conditioning, so it's very hot in the summer.
- The trash cans inside the apartment are quite dirty and smelly, and the lids don't close properly. There will be no staff to clean the apartment for guests. Guests must empty their own trash cans and take them to the larger trash bin outside.
- The soundproofing in the apartment was very poor. I could even hear the moans of couples in other apartments (not just the one next door or across, but also from apartments far away).
- The apartment was very small and cramped. The bathroom and toilet is vey tiny and smelled bad throughout the apartment.
- They advertised that they had safety deposit boxes and a balcony/terrace, but in reality, they didn't.
- No smoking but the staff smoked and smelly.
- We booked for 3 nights and paid even more than booking 2 hotel rooms including breakfast, in a nearby location. But we had to move out after only 2 nights because the apartment was terrible.
- Upon entering the apartment complex, right in front of the entrance was a large trash can, as shown in the picture. However, from the first day we moved in until the last day we moved out, that trash can was never emptied.
- Cancellations or changes to the date are not permitted. The apartment description doesn't state "date changes are not allowed." Only when a customer wants to change the date do they inform them that changes are not permitted.

No aircon and it was 33 degrees. The lady at the reception was rude, and the guys working at the apartments were useless. The TV didn’t work either

It gets very hot
In a great location short walks to the center, trams and trains. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes very close by, being the student quarter, everything is more reasonable in price too!
Comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen.
There was black mould in the bathroom, likely due to the severe lack of ventilation. The room became stuffy very quickly and very hot. No air-conditioning and no opening windows, which means leaving the door wide open to get any air in the apartment. The floor had also not been swept.
The check in location is an 8 minute walk from the apartments, and it's not made super clear when you book, so keep that in mind when arriving.

The location was perfect (once we found our bearings) a 20 mins walk to the main areas or a 5/10 tram ride.
The stairs to the bedrooms are soooo steep so please bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues. We all walked very very carefully 😬 The room and facilities were fine just very basic but did everything we needed. There was a coffee machine but it appeared to still have a used coffee pod from weeks of not months before so we didn’t use it. We did ask for another pillow on the first night which never appeared until my husband caught the cleaners one morning.

Suffisant pour dormir et petit déjeuner. Nous avons passer nos journées a nous balader en ville donc nous rentrions uniquement pour dormir.
Ménage pas correctement fait. Pas assez de prises a côté de la tv. Nous n'avons pas pu brancher notre chromecast.
