The lake view
The fact that I drove 10 hrs and the penthouse was dirty and filled with spiders had to wait a couple of hrs for the cleaning crew came

Sofa bed had no sheets and we only got them the last night of our stay .
Quiet, great location, great pool. Just easy to get to parks and back again when heat was tough at midday.
Slightly dated decor but to be honest it didn’t matter.
The location was perfect! Close to all attractions. The pool area was good but the Tiki bar hostess could have been a little better as far as service.
The place that they call a penthouse suite is a joke! Dirty, outdated, just worn out!! The bed mattress is in bad shape, the outdoor balcony furniture were in bad shape and the balcony rails has mold spots and inside the living room there is a ceiling stain that is moldy. The appliances were stained, never wiped down. Kitchen floor was never swept prior to our arrival. We cleaned it! Oh, and the bathroom shower, is the worst!
Very nice rooms
Stove was broken, tv in bedroom only had 4 channels needed auto program but would not work, dishwasher leaked, loose knobs bad grout in shower,patched wall not sanded just painted over,curtains too long in bedroom dragging on floor could have been great with regular maintenance
The view
Very old, not clean, not good service, unprofessional, when time to check in the room was not clean, 3 hours after was not clean ether. The lady that came to clean it was very nice but still we didn’t even have enough linen. Super old and not deeply clean. The bathroom full of mold. Lights bold did not work in all the rooms. Water was not hot enough. I have been in so many villages and penthouses but no words can explain about this one. This property should not have been available to rent being in such of bad conditions. The only good thing about this property is the view thats about it.
Clean and tidy with good facilities. Great location. Nice and quiet.
Needs a makeover but this does not impact the stay, the cost I believe reflects the apt needs a little touch up
Really nice apartment with excellent views, nice pool and good fishing in the lake. Plenty of shopping and eating options very close.

Kind of run down very dirty refrigerator horrible carpets old and stained. Not really what I thought for the location and quality and price.
Location was great very close to Disneyworld and there is a lot of places around the property to eat and to shop, excellent location to travel with family.
the property needs some repairs, Restroom in the master bathroom had an issue and had a terrible smell due to water coming up for the sides of the toilet when flushing. but as soon as we reported the problem Carlos was very nice and send someone to repair the restroom and the issue was fixed very quickly as soon as we reported the problem. There was an spot in the ceiling of the leaving room too for a prior leaking that looks bad but it just need paint, the stove need some repairs and the coffee maker very difficult to use, I will suggest to add instructions on how to use it or change it for a new one.
