Bardzo fajne miejsce na pobyt w Miami Beach. Wszędzie blisko a mimo to cisza i spokój :).
Pros:

Czyste zadbane pokoje. Wygodne materace. Blisko do publicznej plaży, sklepów spożywczych, "plażowych", restauracji itp. Pomimo że w prawwie centrum północnej częsci MB to bardzo cicho i spokojnie. W pobliżu parkingi publiczne i przystanki atobusów 100 i 79 jak również Collins Expres czy innych linii "trolley".
W pokoju dostępne sprzęty plażowe: ręczniki, parasol i krzesełka. W obiekcie dostęna pralka i suszarka po 4$ za pranie/suszenie.
Miła i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

System wentylacji/klimatyzacji trochę hałasuje nawet gdy się go wyłączy.

Pros:

We never got to stay at the property. ISSUES with a rental care twice check engine light and broke car on Christmas Day prevented us from getting there. They refused any refund.

Cons:

We finally drove by it as we came into town later. It’s very sketchy I suppose unless you’re from LA. Look at the yelp and google map reviews and don’t expect them to work with you at all if anything happens in your life.

We ended up the next day going to south beach and even the entire area was far greater. Just look up ghetto north beach vs super nice south beach. Thanks hotel managers.

Pros:

La ubicación, la atención del personal, ordenado, limpio. El patio de afuera. Una casa reciclada y buen mantenimiento.

La ubicacion

Cons:

Demasiado pequeño el apartamento. Para r personas es imposible. Hubo solo un cambio de sabanas en la cama king size en los 10 días. El sillón cama es demasiado incómodo y se saca de abajo otra cama que es peor. En esas no nos cambiaron las sábanas.

I would not come back to this apartment, and would not recommend it.
Pros:

The interior was clean. The beds were comfortable. Mabel was nice, despite not being fluent in English.

Cons:

Although the owner promised us one of the two parking spaces upon request, we were informed it had been taken just before we arrived. Using the public parking across the street was a significant inconvenience because we had to renew the meter in the middle of the night. We even ended up with a warning on the windshield (luckily, not a ticket). Additionally, the shower was frustrating because it was impossible to find the right temperature; it was always either too hot or too cold.

Pros:

Appartamento accessoriato e spazioso, sicurezza nell'accesso alla struttura. Possibilità di parcheggio proprio accanto (a pagamento, anche se a pagamento).

Cons:

Avevo scelto per il giudizio complessivo molto buono (8.6). Ho trovato la camera abbastanza sporca, tra stoviglie, lenzuola e piani (tavolo, cucina, piatto doccia). Presenza di una porta che comunica con la stanza accanto, era chiusa dal nostro lato ma non so onestamente quanto possa essere sicura. E' presente solo tenda oscurante, per cui o accendi la luce oppure dal condominio vicino vedono l'interno dell'appartamento.

Die Apartments waren großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden war nicht gründlich gewischt, sodass man schnell schmutzige Strümpfe hatte. Die Matratzen sind recht hart, was natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Positiv war jedoch, dass mir das Personal sofort eine dicke Bettdecke zum Unterlegen gebracht hat.

Vivir Miami sin la locura de South beach
Pros:

La zona es super tranquila y segura, el apartamento está en segunda línea de playa. Dispone de todo el menaje para poder cocinar y pasar una estancia como en casa. El sofá cama es cómodo. Frente al apartamento hay zona de parking a 1$/hora de 8:00 a.m. a 11.00 p.m. El bus gratuito "Collin Express" está a una cuadra del apartamento. Hay restaurantes, panaderías, supermercados... cerca.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran la posibilidad de check out late, puesto que el vuelo de vuelta a España lo teníamos a la noche y nos hubiera gustado disfrutar de la playa y luego poder ducharnos.
