Nikos Villas surpassed out expectations!
Pros:

We loved the location of Nikos Villas - great caldera view and just enough out of town to feel more private while still a convenient walk to all that Oia offers. Our room had great views and was very comfortable. We loved spending part of our days lounging by and swimming in the pool. Nikos Villas is a wonderful place to watch the sunset too! The staff gave us a great orientation to the island and very good restaurant suggestions. Staying here really make our trip to Santorini extra special.

Pros:

Employees were wonderful as usual. Excellent location. Doors are a little too short - hit my head a couple of times on a door cross bar, but it’s understandable - space is at premium here. Bathroom was good, but a little smaller than normal. Shower had good water flow, hot and cold water available. Love their hair shampoo with olive oil. Pool was great too with very very clean water. Plenty of food around, but pricey (also understandable). Very good restaurant across the street 2 min away.weather was perfect too: a little cool in the morning, a little hot in the afternoon. Fresh air with a little of wind. Everything in Oia is about 10 min away.

The location and stunning Caldera view of Nikos Villas cannot be beat.
Pros:

This property is amazing. We had a large 2BR 2 Bath villa, and it was perfect. The balcony was huge with a picnic table, lounge chairs and a sunbed that overlooked the stunning Caldera and the pool. No need to stand in the crowds to watch the sunset because you could see it in all its glory from our balcony. The main Queen bedroom was nice and has its own private balcony with a view of the pool and Caldera. The second bedroom had two twin beds. The WiFi worked well, and the house was generally comfortable and incredibly convenient to the town of Oia, though not so close that you felt surrounded by tourists the whole time. It was about a 10 min walk there and a 5 min walk to the bus stop to Fira. It was also right off the path you take to hike to Fira, which was gorgeous. I can’t say enough about what an amazing spot this was.

Cons:

The two twin beds were a pretty hard so not the most comfortable. Also, the decor is very dated, and the kitchen is very stocked. However, the giant balcony on the Caldera is worth those minor inconveniences.
