Irene and Nicholas at reception were warm and friendly and could not have done more to make my stay so great. Breakfast was included with a great selection of delicious foods. Even the lady serving breakfast would surprise you with an extra treat of chocolate crepes and fruit smoothies, a nice touch. The rooms were as per photos, stylish, clean and very comfortable. And the location was fantastic, at the end of the caldera path, only a few minutes walk from bus stop, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back here...

- le personnel est accueillant et très agréable
- les chambres sont superbes, bien aménagées et propres
- le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon, il est très accessible comparé aux prix des petits déjeuners dans les restaurants du reste de l’île
- L’insonorisation est catastrophique, on entend tout ce qu’il passe dans les chambres adjacentes et mon dernier soir j’ai eu un groupe de copines qui passaient d’une chambre à l’autre dans le couloir jusqu’à tard. On entend aussi les personnes qui font le ménage le matin. Pensez aux boules quies si vous êtes du genre grasse mat’ !
- les draps sont en polyester, ça fait beaucoup transpirer et la matière est toute pelucheuse, ce n’était vraiment pas agréable. J’ai globalement assez mal dormi malheureusement.
