Pros:

Very cute place with comfortable rooms that had all you needed. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place was always very clean and quiet. Breakfast wasn’t much but everything was tasty and the nice lady there made every table fresh crapes which i thought was cute. The location is perfect, close to the all the places but not in the noise of everything.

Cons:

We got a room with a view of the construction of the next building so that was a bit disappointing. Also we didn’t use the sun beds and pool because it didn’t really get a lot of sun in that spot, we preferred going out to the beautiful beaches so it was fine at the end.

Hôtel très bien situé (proche de la station de bus) et de la rue la plus chic de Fira avec vue sur la caldeira.
Personnel charmant.
Chambre confortable.
Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Fira qui reste une destination chère.

Cons:

Juste une amélioration concernant la salle de bains, il manque un endroit pour poser sa trousse.

Pros:

The apartment was small, but good value for the size for 3 adults. The main bedroom was spacious but the twin wasn't. The swimming pool was very close which was convenient. It was very quiet when we stayed there. Central position, convenient for bus station & shops.

Excellent location. Wonderful residence, with pool. Would highly recommend.

Location excellent to the Caldera area (400 meter walk for the FIRA Views - excellent. less than 5 minute walk to main Bus station that takes you to the beaches and other towns, eg; Kamari Beach and OIA town.
300 metres from the piazza area with lots of "cheaper" dining options.
Our room was 125 and it was very spacious for 2 people, great shower.

Cons:

Air-conditioning was temperamental, but overall good. Residence located on private road from the main road so some taxis will not go up the private road, but the walk from the main road is only about 100 meters going slightly up hill.
