We always felt welcome and comfortable to ask for any help.
Pros:

The host was very polite and friendly and she even drove us to the bus station with our luggage. The room was always perfectly clean and had all the facilities you might need. It is near the bus station and the local shops.

Cons:

Το μόνο πράγμα που μας δυσκόλεψε λιγο ήταν η ανηφόρα αλλά ούτως η άλλως όλοι η Σαντορίνη είναι γεμάτη λοφους. Ίσα ίσα κάναμε λίγο γυμναστική η ανηφόρα δεν ήταν και τόσο μεγάλη περίπου 5 λεπτά.

As for the accommodation, it exceeded all my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, located in a very quiet area that allows you to relax without straying too far from the center: just a 5-minute walk from Fira and the bus station, making it easy to travel all over the island with frequent connections every 15 or 20 minutes, depending on the destination. The pool overlooking the Aegean Sea is a true luxury, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what really made the difference was the host, Far: charming, attentive, and, above all, very professional. Always willing to help and ensure everything was perfect during our stay. Her dedication and warmth made us feel at home from day one. I would definitely come back. Thanks for everything, Far!

Véritablement exceptionnel
Pros:

C’était un séjour incroyable, la localisation est super, à 5-10 min à pied de la capitale de l’île donc assez au calme mais pas trop loin non plus. La gérante est adorable et peut vous organiser tout ce que vous voulez (location de voiture, transfert vers et depuis l’aéroport, croisière au coucher du soleil …), la piscine est agréable, petite mais suffisamment profonde pour être totalement immergé. Les chambres sont faites et de nouvelles serviettes propres sont déposées chaque jour. L’établissement dispose d’un parking privé juste à côté ce qui facilite le stationnement, je vous recommande donc de louer une voiture pour explorer l’intégralité de l’île.

We're a couple that stayed for 5 nights, and hired a car.
We found the hotel and its amenities highly functional, and the kitchen was equipped enough to make soup, pasta and a few light dishes. AirCon is amazing, and the bathroom was a great size. Beds were also comfortable.
We ate out mainly so it was central to Fira, and to other coastal areas.
Parking was easy to find, and not an issue for us.
The pool was great to sit around after a big day out and to snooze around in the afternoon.
Faye is such a great host, who works so hard to make the place as great as it is.

Cons:

10/10 for us - no complaints.
