Fin utsikt och bra läge, men lägenheten levde inte upp till våra förväntningar på komfort, städning
Pros:

Läget och utsikten, närheten till havet och spa på Åhus Seaside. Modern lägenhet (men inredningen och möbleringen matchade inte det moderna stuket på något sätt alls, vilket var synd och trist).
Bennie vår kontaktperson var hjälpsam och förstående. Vi har gett honom vår feedback som jag hoppas han tar med sig till ägaren.

Cons:

Omodern, gammalmodig stuginredning i en nästan ny "lyxlägenhet" och undermålig städning. Detta var en trea i hus 2 c, privatägd. Det var i huvudsak 2 saker som drog ned upplevelsen. 1) Ålderdomliga, nötta möbler och inredningen drog ner helhetsintrycket till en gammal sommarstuga i skogen.... Andra bilder från Apartment Hotel visar på en helt annan modernare, lyxigare miljö. Ganska skralt med köksredskap. Fick koka pasta i en liten kastrull vilket var lite besvärligt när man är flera personer, ingen vattenkokare mm. 2) Städningen var urusel. Smutsig mikro och flottig ugn, stora dammråttor, långa hårstrån och en gammal, gulnad bh som vi hittade inklämd i bäddsoffan. Så det handlade inte om en enstaka miss, utan ingrodd smuts. En ordentlig grundstädning behövs! Det är möjligt att man hade haft lite mer överseende med det omoderna stuket om bara städningen varit bättre.

Om både städning och åtminstone lite uppfräschning i allmänhet sker av stuket inne i lägenheten, kommer vi gärna tillbaka, men i nuläget kan jag inte rekommendera just den här lägenheten -ta då en annan i det här komplexet om du inte behöver en trea.

Jag vet inte vem som gör städningen och om det är olika i de olika lägenheterna, men klart är att vår kontaktperson fått all vår feedback.

A great beachside stay with lovely views.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at ÅhusBrygga Apartment Hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and came with a well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent – right by the beach – offering a beautiful view that we enjoyed throughout our visit.

The small town is within walking distance, which was very convenient, although there wasn’t too much going on during our stay, likely due to the low season. However, the peaceful atmosphere made it a relaxing getaway.

Overall, ÅhusBrygga Apartment Hotel is a great choice for those looking to enjoy the beach, comfort, and a calm environment. We would be happy to stay again!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we specifically disliked. If anything, we just visited during the low season, so the surrounding area was a bit quiet — but that wasn’t the property’s fault.

Emplacement idéal face à la mer, calme et sécurisé.
Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé.
Tout le monde était content, les enfants encore plus.
Supermarché a 2 minutes

Brandfälla. Passar inte för äldre eller barn.

Nära Åhusbryggan.

Cons:

Hade varit en dödsfälla vid en ev. brand. Den äldsta av oss orkade inte öppna lgh-dörren och det fanns krångliga låsbleck på fönster och balkongdörr som hon inte heller kunde öppna.
Sängen var så hög att hon inte kunde komma upp i den. Hon fick sova på soffan.
Vi lämnade efter en natt trots att vi betalat för två!

Trots att det har i mitten av september gick det inte att få ner temperaturen under 24 grader, fast fönstren och sovrumsdörrarna stod öppna hela natten. Obs! Det finns ingen AC.
Märkligt att det inte fanns nattduksbord eller hylla vid sängen där man kunde lägga mobilen under natten.
