Jedna noc v Athénách
Pros:

Vše bylo perfektní. Ubytování v centru Athén, pěšky kousek k Akropoli, přesně jak jsme chtěli. Pokoj je veliký a skvěle zabezpečený, přístup je na klíč od budovy a pak na kód. Cítili jsme se bezpečně. Parkování bylo do 10 minut chůze na hlídaném parkovišti, dopředu jsme si ho zarezervovali. Snídani jsme si mohli vybrat v několika bistrech v blízkém okolí. Také komunikace před příjezdem s ubytovatelem byla na jedničku.

Cons:

Není co vytknout. Snad jen, že výhled z okna je do zdi, ale kvůli tomu jsme tam nebyli.

Top locatie, midden in het centrum. Zeer mooie en luxe kamer!

Cons:

Even opletten met het uitladen van je spullen als je met een auto komt. De straat is smal en druk, wat het lastig maakt om een plekje te vinden voor de auto om even uit te laden. Ik zou zeker aanraden om je spullen zo in te pakken dat je ook naar de gratis parkeerplaats kan rijden en vanaf daar lopen naar het appartement.

Pros:

Struttura in posizione super centrale, a pochi passi da Monastiraky e da Syntagma.
Camera pulita e accogliente, possibilità di richiedere con il semplice cartellino sulla porta che venga cambiata la biancheria.
Check in e check out in autonomia molto semplice, deposito bagagli gratuito poco distante e comodo.

Tertemiz ve konumu iyi, gene geleceğim
Pros:

Konum çok iyi, tertemiz ve yeni. Erken gelince yardımcı oldular, bavulumu odaya bırakabildim.
3 gün tek kaldım, güvende hissettim. Whatsapp hattı ile çok hızlı takipteler. Teşekkürler

Cons:

DİKKAT 5. Kat 8 no lu odayı tercih etmeyin, yanında çamaşır odası var; sabah 8:30 da temizlik ve çamaşır makine sesleri ile uyanabilirsiniz

Spacious and comfortable stay in the city center
Pros:

Very clean rooms, spacious and excellent facilities in the room. The room was much bigger than I expected. Wifi worked well, all the facilities, including kitchen appliances, worked very well. TV in both the living room and the bedroom. AC was helpful considering the weather. Overall excellent stay. Everywhere the access is provided through passcode, but it works well. The cleaning lady was very helpful as well.

Cons:

Virtual reception through a common WhatsApp group doesnt make much sense with 200 people in it. This is an open group that all customers can join to ask for help or relevant questions. They respond immediately, either via WhatsApp or through booking messages. But private company based account will be more appropriate, so that customers can chat one to one via whatsapp. Most of their customers asked very similar queries on how to checkin or get into the rooms. Since access is to rooms is at 3 levels, main gate, floor entry and then room entry. Only main gate is via actual key which also requires a passcode to get it. Whole process seems complicated for ordinary travellers. Only satisfaction is the help is always available. Breakfast was a mystery to order. If your booking is included for breakfast then you have to order it before 10pm for next day. even if you order it within the required time, the breakfast delivery timeslot is not suitable. Breakfast is delivered in a package in room, though the quality is good but not warm. Finally luggage storage, if you need little longer storage then its in a different address, again 3 levels of entry with passcode. but it worked well.

לא אהבתי שלא החליפו לנו מגבות ואני לא שמתי לב לזה כי חשבתי שכן החליפו אבל ראוי לציין שהזוג שהיה איתנו ביקש מהמנקה מגבות אחרות והיא כן החליפה להם אבל לא ידעתי שצריך לבקש וחשבתי שזה משהו שיעשו לבד....אז חשוב לדעת שניתן לבקש ואם לא תבקשו פשוט לא יחליפו...
