Meh!!
Pros:

-it’s not far from the beach;
-you have lot of space for parking;
-The beds are comfortable unlike many other “luxurious villas” we stayed;
- the stuff (the lady with the tattoos) was extremely nice, thank you for always having a smile and been really welcoming;

Cons:

-We ware asked to pay before we ware allowed to see the room;
-The room was dirty, the toilet had terrible smell same goes for the tape water in the kitchen; We had to clean the room ourselves;
The toilet was falling apart the shower sprayer was obviously never changed in years, water was running from everywhere;
The kitchen is overall useless specially that a lot of cutlery was missing or the once we had ware rusted and really unsanitary; There was a lot of dust inside the kitchen cabinets;
-There is no sea or garden view, the view is a parking lot;
