Pros:

De ligging vlakbij Wien hbf, aan een rustige straat. Comfortabel appartement met fijn bed en een fijne douche.
Er is geen receptie, wel een grote lounge met bagage ruimte.

Cons:

Er is mij niets tegen gvallen.

Ich habe durchwegs nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit den versawa Apartments an der Favoritenstraße 80 in Wien
Beste Lage: Die Apartments liegen nur zwei Minuten südlich des Hauptbahnhofs – eine absolut Top Adresse. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht: Einkaufszentren, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden.

Tolle Ausstattung & Komfort:
Das Apartment war blitzsauber und top ausgestattet. Praktisch ist auch die Lobby im 2. Stock mit einem Automaten für Kaffeekapseln, Lebensmittel und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs.
Reibungsloser Ablauf:
Der Zutritt über die Zugangscodes für den Haupteingang und das Apartment hat fehlerfrei und unkompliziert funktioniert.
Extra-Service:
Man kann das Gepäck nach dem Check-out noch sicher in der Lobby deponieren und esbhat ein Aufenthaltsraum.

Fazit:
Der Service war erstklassig und mein Aufenthalt in Wien ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Ich kann diese Apartments nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, ich komme definitiv wieder!

Cons:

Ein Hinweis jedoch:
Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt liegt, ist es nachts teilweise nicht ganz ruhig. Die Fenster isolieren aber hervorragend – bei geschlossenen Fenstern kann man wunderbar schlafen. Die Vorteile überwiegen hier ganz klar.

Já foi a minha segunda estadia nesta alojamento, precisamente porque fica convenientemente localizado junto à estação central, numa rua calma sem transito. É ideal para uma estadia curta e fica a pouca distancia do centro. Os quartos são confortáveis, e o check in é automatico mas muito funcional. Tem também uma sala de convivio, com vending machine, e também podemos guardar as bagagens numa sala especifica.

Cons:

Acho que o unico reparo que tenho a fazer é a falta de ar condicionado, pois os quartos podem ficar muito quentes durante o verão, apesar de eles providenciarem uma ventoinha

Great stay!
Pros:

We used the apartment just to rest after arriving into Vienna from the States. Very conveniently located near the main station, easy to walk to. Check-in all self done, instructions were clear. Place was very quiet and clean. Area also quite quiet and clean especially for being near the train station. Overall zero complaints!

Close to central train station on a vibrant pedestrian street with many restaurants. Coffee maker but no toaster or bowls..

Cons:

East facing windows and no AC. Would be ok during temperate weather but not during a heat wave. Open windows meant the noise of late night and early morning residents.
